"I am totally not happy about my experience here. I 've had appetizers here before after a round of golf. This time I went with my girlfriend after work to grab a bite for lunch. We were between here and Roy 's. I was in golf attire and preferred to be nicer dressed for Roy 's. We ate at Sticks where our reservation was for. We got a decent window seat inside. It was not very busy, maybe half full. So we order and nothing is saying wow eat me, to me. We started with the calamari, which could have been fried a tad longer, it was not as crisp as it should have been and had more of an oily taste to it. Maybe the oil wasn 't hot enough. The oil coated the inside of my mouth. I ordered the California Burger, mistake.... My girlfriend ordered the mahi mahi burger. She asked for the Sriracha aioli on the side because she wasn 't sure how spicy it may be. Said that three times on two different visits from our waitress. I asked that I have no lettuce, tomato, or red onion on mine and if I could add grilled onions. Somehow bacon jam kept coming up despite the CA burger having mashed avocado, jack cheese and bacon on it. Our waitress was confused by what I said, and then said I was making it too complicated and the cooking staff would not be happy with it being really busy . I ordered fries with mine and tots for my friend. The fries were super salted, like line of salt on the fries. Tots did not arrive with the mahi mahi burger. Our waitress was no where to be found. Luckily a nice young gentleman came out, wish I would have got his name, but he was helpful. Brought out the tots and apologized for the sriracha aioli being on the mahi mahi burger. Asked for a side of the slaw without the aioli since the one on the burger was drenched in it. The mashed avocado on the CA burger was so heavily laddened with some sort of acid- bottled lemon juice? It overpowered the taste of the burger. Burger was well done, prefer a medium. It tasted blah for a $20+ burger. I literally ate half, should have stopped after the first bite but I smothered it in sriracha aioli which hid the bad taste. Our waitress never came to check on us until almost the very end. She was busy serving other tables. I think what I hate the most is when you get judged by your appearance. What table will give a better tip or spend more money... All patrons should be treated the same especially at the Pebble Beach resorts, they are set to a slightly higher standard because that is what is portrayed. This is why I chose to eat at home over going out. Why fork out the money for mediocre food? Thought about dessert than decided spending over $80 on three items was enough."

"H2O Seafood Sushi is a culinary haven that had us grinning from ear to ear. From the first spoonful of their New England clam chowder, we knew we were in for a treat. Creamy, brimming with tender clams and savory applewood bacon, it was like a warm hug on a chilly evening. The duck tacos, the special of the day, were a revelation! Succulent duck meat danced inside crispy taco shells, a fusion of flavors that burst with every bite. The mango and cilantro toppings were the perfect partners, elevating this dish to culinary genius. And then there was the Starr Roll, a sushi creation that left us dazzled. It was a masterpiece, every bite a tantalizing journey of freshness. The creamy avocado, delicate salmon, and just-right tempura crunch with spicy mayo combined for a symphony of flavors that lingered long after the plate was cleared. The wasabi delivers a powerful, invigorating kick that elevates every bite to a flavor explosion! Our dining experience was made all the more exceptional by our server, Nick. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch that we greatly appreciated. H2O Seafood Sushi is more than a restaurant; it's a celebration of flavors, an experience to remember. If you're in the mood for the best clam chowder, inventive specials, and sushi that wows, this is your place. A huge thank you to Nick and the entire team for an unforgettable evening!"

"Let me tell you about my experience....I was in the area for an NCAA Region Wrestling Tournament. Families and wrestlers (who were staying next door at the Courtyard Marriott) met there. I traveled 6 hours from NJ to see my son compete so this time together would be limited. I was greeted rudely by TWO hostesses who each told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait for a table of 15. I waited by the door for more families to show to get an idea what our next steps would be. I was told I could not wait by the door. So, we decided to get a table and then wait to see what happened. Within 10 minutes, the other families were able to get a table. I went to the hostess stand and another woman told me I could join them and bring a table over. When I went to do just that, ANOTHER worker (this is 4 people now) told me it was a fire hazzard and the whole table would have to move to make us able to sit together. So, I returned to my table. I asked to see the manager who came to the table...he talked over me and didn 't listen at all to my experience thus far. He said he would talk to the server and try to do something. We ate, drank, and tipped our waiter CHAD well. NOTHING was done to our bill...not a free appetizer...NOTHING. So, after we finished eating (now keep in mind my son was in the other room at a table I could NOT join). I went to go see him and say goodbye. The server CHAD came up to my husband and son (who went to say goodbye to his dad) and said something about us having trouble with management and that no means no....are you going to teach your boy that? This server showed NO respect for a customer after getting a good tip (because his service was fine until this point). I am shocked that my husband didn 't say more than for him to enjoy his tip. I have NEVER been so disrespected, treated so poorly EVER!! The hostesses, the two other women (no clue what their job was), manager and server treated us like they didn 't want us there from the moment we stepped through the door. I later found out that other families were disrespected as well. Meanwhile the bill for their table was over $700. Why would you not want that kind of business? I have been to breweries all over the east coast and I have never been so poorly treated. I am disgusted....will never buy your beer or go to any of your locations EVER. And, I will tell as many people as I can about this experience as possible."
