"This place has really declined. We often order takeout, and frequently, our orders are missing ingredients. When they do come, the ingredients are often poorly prepared. I recently ordered the new chicken sandwich, but it had hardly any sauce on it. The chicken was cooked well but extremely dry. I also ordered the Green Goddess salad to go with it, and although I was informed in advance that they were out of tomatoes, the salad still arrived without onions and eggs. Essentially, I received a salad with just chicken, bacon, and a few of the tiniest avocado pieces I've ever seen. Is this really what the Green Goddess salad is supposed to be? My husband's chicken sandwich also arrived without the spicy buffalo sauce, which is the signature sauce for that sandwich. I'm done with this place, and I can't see myself ordering from this Panera again for a long time."
