"Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry why let it bother me because this was the 2nd time, food ice cold. My neighbors told me they go to one much further away to avoid this particular store. Fool me once... guess I was the fool. Never again will I spend a dime there."

I like this Panera. Food is always good, I agree it’s over priced but what isn’t these days? I would stick to what’s on the menu and not get too picky or your order will likely get messed up.

I always love to eat at this Panera because I can sit outside or inside. They?re always really quick with my order. They are always friendly! My favorite is the Baja bowl and chips and I always get my .99 pastry lol? If you don?t have the sip club yetfor 10.99 per month you?re missing out!

They were out of the chipotle sauce for the Frontega Chicken and the app asked me if I wanted a swap. I said signature sauce and it shows on my order. They forgot to put it on so super dry sandwich. Panera has no way to report messed up orders outside ofcalling the location which will do no good as they cannot refund mobile orders. This location also took THIRTY yes I said THIRTYminutes to get me a sandwich and 2 cups of Mac n cheese. I?ll be going next door to Gina?s next time and suggest you do thesame.

I ordered the Frontega Chicken, but they were out of chipotle sauce. The app offered me a replacement, and I chose the signature sauce, which was reflected in my order. Unfortunately, it was forgotten, leaving me with a very dry sandwich. Panera doesn't have a way to report order issues other than calling the location, which is pointless since they can't refund mobile orders. To make matters worse, it took THIRTY minutes—yes, you read that right—just to get a sandwich and two cups of mac and cheese. Next time, I'll be going next door to Gina’s, and I suggest you do the same.
