"I’m giving this place 2 stars only because it was clean and the atmosphere was acceptable. If you’re visiting from out of town, I suggest looking for other options. In my opinion, this place was quite disappointing.
To start, the table next to us actually sent their food back as soon as they were seated, which raised a red flag for me. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I honestly can’t understand how this restaurant is still operating.
I ordered a pizza, clam chowder, and a chicken dish.
**Pizza:** The sauce tasted like it came from a can, and the overall quality reminded me of what you'd find at Chuck E. Cheese. I got half topped with eggplant and chicken, but the eggplant was terrible—either canned or rotten, and completely inedible. I expected chicken parm strips on the pizza, but instead received dry, unseasoned, and unbreaded chicken breast.
**Clam Chowder:** This was actually not bad, but given the quality of the other dishes, I wouldn't be surprised if it was from a can.
**Chicken Dish:** I believe I ordered the chicken napoletano. It was topped with eggplant, mozzarella, and vodka sauce. The chicken appeared boiled with no seasoning or breading, making it bland and tough. The entire dish lacked flavor, and I found myself adding a lot of salt just to get a few bites down.
Overall, I truly don’t enjoy giving negative feedback, but I would describe the food as pretty terrible. To put it in perspective, my experience here was comparable, if not worse, than meals I had during my 10 years of service in the army.
One last thing: I ordered a glass of red wine but had to send it back because it was corked. It left me worried about how long it had been sitting open under the bar.
In short, save your money and seek out a better dining experience!"
