"After a brief wait, the waitress came over, offered us water, and inquired if we wanted a drink menu. We enthusiastically replied "yes." However, we didn't see her again for a staggering 27 minutes—yes, I timed it. I was tempted to leave, but my friends opted to stay. When the waitress finally returned, it felt as if she was meeting us for the first time! I reminded her we were still waiting for the drink menu, to which she replied that someone else was supposed to bring it. Unfortunately, the drink menu never arrived, so we made do with the water on the table.
We took a chance and placed our food order, but waited another 37 minutes before 75% of it was finally served. One of our friends received her meal long after we had finished ours! To make matters worse, the waitress never brought the lemon we had requested. Overall, the service was simply unacceptable and extremely disappointing, especially since we were introducing our friends to this place for the first time.
On a positive note, the food that did arrive was still quite good. However, due to the poor service, we won't be returning anytime soon."
