"After a brief wait, the waitress came over, offered us water, and inquired if we wanted a drink menu. We enthusiastically replied "yes." However, we didn't see her again for a staggering 27 minutes—yes, I timed it. I was tempted to leave, but my friends opted to stay. When the waitress finally returned, it felt as if she was meeting us for the first time! I reminded her we were still waiting for the drink menu, to which she replied that someone else was supposed to bring it. Unfortunately, the drink menu never arrived, so we made do with the water on the table. We took a chance and placed our food order, but waited another 37 minutes before 75% of it was finally served. One of our friends received her meal long after we had finished ours! To make matters worse, the waitress never brought the lemon we had requested. Overall, the service was simply unacceptable and extremely disappointing, especially since we were introducing our friends to this place for the first time. On a positive note, the food that did arrive was still quite good. However, due to the poor service, we won't be returning anytime soon."

The food was fantastic! I particularly loved the Miso Cod. We also indulged in some delicious oysters and an iceberg wedge salad. While the service was somewhat inconsistent, we definitely plan to return.

Staff amazing!!! The manager was visible at all times and interacted with all guests. Ambiance was nice. Great location for visitors from the hotels. The menu could use some more items to appeal to more people.

Requested regular table was seated high-top, underneath an AC vent with cold air blowing directly on us. Requested new table or turn air off with manager. No luck. Had to ask our server for new table she obliged. Long wait time for food. Food was ok not great. Overall experience poor. Won’t be back. View menu

This restaurant was fantastic! I had brunch and ordered the lobster omelette, which was absolutely delicious! For dessert, I tried the key lime pie, and it was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this place. Plus, it was a perfect location for us since we were heading to a show at the Orpheum afterward.

It was great. From the moment we valeted the car until we left, everything was perfect. The hostesses were very nice, our waitress was helpful and sweet, the food came out in an orderly manner (hot delicious), and the owner/manager stopped by our table to check on us. The drinks were very good. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. We will be back.
