"Came here with my husband, our oldest son, oldest daughter and my sister for dinner before a concert and also as an early bday dinner for my sister. Service was great and the food was amazing! From the bread to the Hummus, to the lamb and knafeh,everything was delicious! We ordered multiple appetizers, 5 different entrées and 6 desserts,we all but licked the plates clean! Haha The (I assume) owner and his staff were very kind,attentive and warm. Great experience! We'll definitely be back! -Mrs Haddad"

"What a wonderful New Year’s Eve experience! The appetizer trio was excellent, particularly the spinach and goat cheese in phyllo. The butternut squash soup was delicately flavored with a nice hint of spice. My swordfish skewers were cooked to perfection, and the accompanying rice pilaf was a revelation. But my wife swore that her lamb and chickpea pasta was even better. The baklava squares with warm honey poured over them were sent from heaven. Our server, Kim, was fantastic, and the overall hospitality and service were stellar."

"I would totally recommend this little gem! Started with an appetizer of Lamb Seekh Kabab. Had a great flavor, perfectly cooked garnished with onions, cilantro and red peppers. We could have ate a dinner portion and would have been more than content. For the main course, we had Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Makhani (cubes of cheese in a red curry sauce). It came with white rice and we ordered buttered Naan which is absolutely amazing. Since this was her first Indian experience, we put the heat/spicy level of (the range was and a special “Indian Hot” if you wanted your lips and tongue to melt off). The chicken was well cooked and the sauce was on point. For the second dish, I wished the pieces of cheeses were bigger but the flavor was amazing. This place had just opened in the middle of March and is set in a little plaza right across from the Double Tree Sea-world resort. I was skeptical at first just because there were only a few reviews but they did meet my expectations! Other than a couple of screaming kids when we first arrived, the place was nice and quiet. I started off with getting buttermilk. I didn’t know what it was and I had the waitress explain it to me. It was some sort of yogurt mixed with water with a couple of spices in it. It was kinda sour and bitter (but I’m not really sure what it’s suppose to taste like The staff was absolutely wonderful and the owner checked up on us and asked us about our experience."

"Tuba Mediterranean is no longer in business. It has been replaced by a new bar and grill, which still offers an extensive vegetarian menu. However, this change made it difficult for me to enjoy my meal. The new menu is quite limited, focusing primarily on bar and grill dishes. Overall, I feel I cannot fairly evaluate this new establishment based on my experience."

"This Turkish restaurant serves some of the best food I have ever had. The eggplant and tomato sauce appetizer with bread was superb, the lentil soup was superb, and the mixed grill was perfection. The kinafa dessert and tea were amazing. The service was excellent and friendly, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for the generous portions. I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in San Francisco."

"I decided to order the Köfte sandwich to go, and the aroma was wonderful when I picked it up. I could hardly wait to get home and enjoy it. When I finally took a bite, it was absolutely delightful. The seasoning on the meatballs was spot on, and the rice pilaf was moist and packed with flavor. Even though I didn't dine in, I would definitely return to experience the restaurant's inviting atmosphere. It's warm, cozy, private, and has a traditional feel. If you enjoy Balkan-Mediterranean cuisine, this place is fantastic!"

"A true neighborhood gem. It was the perfect place for a Sunday dinner with out-of-town guests. We had an excellent dinner. The kebabs, lamb chops, and Tuba salad were all delicious. We also shared the special dessert with shredded filo and sweet cheese. It was unusual and we will return to baklava next time. The service was attentive and friendly but not intrusive. We tried the Turkish mineral water--delightful! We will be back."
