"Bring your own condiments. It has been a while since we came here and we were quite excited to be out. Very busy night. The music was great, but so loud. As we observed the room, the waitresses could not hear the customers call for them nor did they keep their eyes up to notice. It took 5+ minutes to get greeted and get water. Another waitress from a different section saw our hand up and helped us. She helped the table next to us too. The food came out fast..thank you. The owner gives you a tiny, 1.3 ounces of ketchup for your fries and your hamburger. If you need more, they will charge you. If condiments are your issue (to the owner) we suggest building the costs into the pricing of the meal. For ketchup, mustard, or sauces it 's 1.3 ounces of each, if needed. If you need more, you 'll be charged. We have never experienced this before unless it 'S with guacamole. Although kind and helpful, the owner charging for tiny servings of condiments is off putting and stingy. Photo available. Completely weird experience about how stingy the place is about condiments. Tiny servings...wow. Hoping they find a solution that helps their pocket book. EDIT: That wasn 't us. You 're speaking about another customer. I didn 't order mustard or aoili and I never called you hard up. You 're lying. Good job calling professionals in the community liars. A scene or was it trying to speak over the blaring music? No swearing, no flailing gestures, and no standing up while talking....there was no scene. We had a terrible experience, the waitress missed the boat on even getting waters to the table in a timely manner or greeting before five minutes and yes, now seeing you as your words hard up and stingy is more relevant than ever. We left a $25 tip because we felt she was spread thin, even though she was a jerk. The people I was with will find time to do a review too and I am betting they will write their review more aggressively than I did. Charging for anything that is 1.3 ounces is trailer park. EDIT #2 It was $25. Thank you so much for the well wishes. You take suggestions like a champ. We wish you the best too. Good luck."

"I was visiting Bend for a friend’s 30th and the first night we all went to Crux for an “easy” meal drinks. I had the nashville chicken sandwich from Tin. That night I suffered from the worst bout of food poisoning I have EVER experienced. I never get sick from food or illness, I never throw up and I can practically eat anything, but this sandwich incapacitated me all weekend I had to miss out on all of the celebrations for my friend because I was violently throwing up couldn’t leave either the bathroom or my bed. I’m extremely upset I paid for a round trip to Bend to celebrate my friend’s milestone, only to be shut inside and wishing for home because i’ve felt so horrible.Save yourself the misery it wasn’t worth it.UPDATE as you can see form the business reply to my review, and to other negative reviews, they’re extremely rude can’t handle honest feedback. Also, the review right under mine literally shows a picture of pink chicken if the violent illness I experienced after eating here wasn’t enough validation, I’d say others’ pictures of undercooked chicken (a health violation) are plenty.Funny I eat Carolina reapers with no issues have had plenty of nashville level heat or higher (Nashville hot is low for my standards of heat) sandwiches in my lifetime since I’m FROM there, and have never ONCE gotten food poisoning or had a reaction from them. I am certain others have experienced what I have at this establishment because I’ve mentioned it to 2 Uber drivers while in Bend, both of which told me “I’m not surprised…that happened to my friend/wife there”"
