"We had a reservation for a group of 7 and experienced a 20-minute wait, but the hostess kept us informed throughout. Our server Alex was excellent, explaining the menu and process since it was our first time dining there. The food was delicious, from the spicy pork belly and marinated sirloin to the continuous flow of sushi rolls. We did have to ask for napkins and refills, but the restaurant was very busy. One suggestion would be to have a sign at the parking lot entrance to indicate when it's full, as most of our party had to walk from parking across the street and navigate through traffic. Overall, we had a great experience and will return. The total bill for our party of 7 was $450, and I added extra gratuity for our server. The restaurant adds 18% to the bill, which is split among all staff, so adding separate gratuity ensures it goes to your server only."
