"I waited for a door dash for here for over 20 minutes. Came back inside and they just dropped a empanada and fries. A extra 10 minutes. It?s sad because I have to miss out on other orders because I have to wait here. Door dash gives a pick up time andfor every order. Every order I gotten here is never ready. I won?t be picking up from here any more. I?m not saying theyaren?t working hard in here but if you can?t make the pick up time. Then don?t accept door dash orders. Or get more workersduring lunch time. EDIT reply to the owner as a long time dasher, the app provides US with a pick up time as to when thefood should be ready or on a pick up shelf. This store is the longest wait I EVER EXPERIENCED. There?s NO REASON AS TO WHY anydasher has to wait past 20 minutes after the pick up provided time. 5 minutes is more reasonable. But I?m not here to saynobody isn?t working hard back there. Just adjust ur staff when needed. or don?t accept ALL door dash orders if ya can?t makethem on time. Is not as simple as declining an order WHEN THERES a PROVIDED PICK UP TIME. But no worries I?m not returning tothis store. SIMPLE. Good luck fellow dashers who pick up here."

"Visited this location by mistake and compared to other Cilantrillo Restaurants, it lacked a few details. Parking was horrible. The wait was extremely long but we were a large group, so I understood wait. Live band was ok, seen better at their other locations. The food was good but could have been better. My husband was not able to enjoy his dish as it was undercooked. It caused him to have to walk out to puke. Bacon on yuca was undercooked and when I addressed the waiter, she replied they were understaffed. Majority of friends and family enjoyed the food, however service lacked as a few dishes were missed and/or received cold. Expectation was to receive hot properly cooked food. The natural juices were watered down, I have had better. Don't think I would come back to this particular location. I highly recommend the other Cilantrillo locations."

"The corn sorullo brought back memories from my childhood! The meat alcapurrias were full of flavor, although they were a bit salty and greasy. On the other hand, the rice with gandules was satisfying, but the portion size felt a bit small for the price. Despite that, I’m excited to come back and try more dishes straight from the kitchen!"

"Normally I wouldn’t go the tourist trap places but this place was really good. My dad wanted to go to Calle Ocho and he was in the mood for mofongo, he fell in love with it when we went to Puerto Rico. Luckily we got there early around 11:30a and it was perfect timing. The place quickly fills up quickly with the lunch rush. The service is really good considering how busy it is. Everyone is super nice, very welcoming and everyone is open to help with anything you need. The food was also very good, large portions as well. You better come with an appetite. We had the morcilla which had good flavor but was a little too dry. The chicharron de pollo was very flavorful. We had the crab mofongo and that was really good and my dad had the fried snapper with mofongo. The snapper dish was huge and the combination of crunchy fish and hardy mofongo was awesome. Overall, I’d come back again if with a large group. It’s a great place to have some fun, eat some good food, drink some good beer and people watch."
