"Wow... my 1st word. An absolutely 5 star experience when it came to drinks, food and most of all service! The steak was perfect and probably beats that famous steak house in Vegas. Dessert was so good that even though I was full I ate it all. And now that I am writing this I want more. I usually don't give 5 stars lightly as you all know, and if I could complain about one thing would of been the crowded entry way... but once you got in and to your area it was private and soothing with wonderful soft music in the background. I recommend anyone visiting Seattle.. if you want the best steak in town you must go here! Make a reservation ahead of time!"

"My birthday celebratory dinner with my Sweetheart, excellent service, delicious meals, beautiful presentation and ambiance. Downside, we felt very rushed by the busser wanting to take our dishes several times when we weren?t finished. We wanted to dine and enjoy each other, the beautiful setting, the food and the occasion, not eat in a hurry. Also, the bison carpaccio was next to air the portion size was soooo small and be aware, you pay for every little detail like being offered blue cheese stuffed green olives for our martinis and then being charged extra for them. Just a little deceptive. Often, the right hand doesn?t know what the left hand is doing regarding dinner/breakfast reservations."

"We had such a lovely anniversary date here last night. The service and attention to detail is impeccable. From the personalized and signed menus to the beautiful dessert, they think of every way to make your evening special. Our server, Courtney, was amazing and offered wonderful suggestions and checked on us just the right amount. The views are beautiful, the food is great and innovative, the wine selection is impressive. Highly recommend! "Upon entering a man greeted us and took our reservation information. He left to check on our table we assumed. A tall blond woman then asked us for the same info again. Upon informing her we already did this process she rudely excused us and proceeded to seat two groups behind us. The man in the plaid shirt returned and realized he had forgotten about us. Just lots of uncomfortable mismanagement and standing around the entry. The carrots on the Dover sole were so hard that my butter knife could not penetrate them at all. I had to request a steak knife."

"It's a common occurrence at many restaurants. You sit down at your local diner and see a group of 10 kids come in, order only 2 orders of fries to share, and then leave without leaving a tip for the server. Parents should do a better job teaching their children about the importance of tipping and treating others with respect. It's not right to treat servers like they don't matter. Remember the saying, "don't poo where you eat" - be kind and show respect to everyone, including your server."

"We were there for brunch the service was excellent and the food was divine. Best **** Mary I have ever had (and I've had them all over NYC and New England) We started with the pastry board which was delicious. The goat cheese omelette melted in my mouth and was paired with grilled asparagus that was perfection. Between all the members of our party we tried all the entrees and all were excellent. And desserts to die for!! A most wonderful and amazing meal!"

"Food I am so happy that I found another five-star restaurant. The food was top notch. We had oysters, pop over and fried calamari as starters. The oysters were so fresh that I did not want to stop eating them. The pop over was something we went back and forth if we should order. It looked like a muffin and we were afraid it might be too much. We asked the waiter for advice and he said it is very light. You know what? The top over is a must try. It is almost like a balloon and tastes amazing with some butter on it. The fried calamari didn’t disappoint as well. For main course, we ordered lobster spaghetti and fried chicken. Both of them were very flavourful and the portion was generous. At that point, we were too full to order any desserts. Everything else The service was fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and gave us good advice on the menu. During the dinner, I knocked down my cocktail, and they quickly came over to clean it and gave me a new one. I will definitely go back."

"I recently ate dinner on a slow Monday evening with about a dozen customers in the bar area. A nice barkeep greeted me a minute or so after I sat and attended to me cordially throughout the evening. Based on my good experience from earlier in the year, Ibasically repeated my order from then with a change or two: Blood orange spritz to start with a house salad, a crab cake entreewith mash and asparagus, ten ounce sirloin medium rare with baked potato and Brussel sprouts, and chocolate mousse cake tofinish. My drink came promptly and tasted good overall even if I would like a little more blood orange flavor. The house saladlooked and tasted fresh with crispy croutons. A little less dressing at the bottom would give this salad a better mix ofdressing to vegetables. Fresh cracked pepper instead of the small shakers would be better as well. Crab cakes had a pleasingbroiled texture, satisfying crab to binder ratio, a thermally warm temperature, and a light taste. I wonder if a little morelump crab instead of mostly backfin might elevate these cakes a touch more. Asparagus had good grill flavor and texture. Mashedpotatoes tasted like they had a little too much salt and/or dairy in them but were still quite palatable. Steak temperature wasmedium rare by touch and between medium rare to medium by sight and had good grill flavor. I was glad to see this baked potatocome with a decent salt crust on the skin and appropriate accoutrements, most of which I used. Overall the texture was pleasingeven if the potato could have been hotter on arrival. The Brussel sprouts were portioned and cooked well. I could have done witha little less salt to bring more flavor since this side included prosciutto and mustard. The chocolate mousse cake had a smoothmousse with plenty of chocolate flavor and a more moist cake than last time. The raspberry ice cream served as a welcomecomplement. "Service was very slow. Ordered a Brut Rose and had to ask three times for an ice bucket. Food was good. Too much time between courses (surprising for me as usually I?m the one that needs extra time to finish each course). For the price, however, you can have a much better meal at other restaurants. Our server was cordial but multiple times went past our table without checking on us and took an unusual amount of time to pick up the check with the credit card and process it. Overall it was not a great experience."

"Had dinner here for the first time snd let me tell you it was excellent don't let the strip mall outter look fool you ! The inside of this bar/restaurant is very cute and warm and rustic with a old time flare as you walk in it has a self playing piano stone walls and you are warmly greeted by the hostesses ! We were promptly seated and started flipping through the biggest menu I have ever seen at a restaurant and shortly after our waiter Josh came to the table introduced himself and introduced himself and explained some of the options on the menu as well as pointed out some of his personal favorites! Josh was friendly, warm helpful and on top of it ! My husband and I ordered two of the ovals for an App it was BOGO and they nearly filled us up i recommend the Italian Oval and dipping it in their homemade ranch ! It was to die for ! Also not you can buy it and bring it home ! You are welcome and you'll thank me later ! I went on yo have the chicken cutlet mash potatoes and peas and it we delicious and just as good reheated at home for lunch today ! If you are looking for a tasty affordable meal that tastes like its from moms or grab moms kitchen , this is the place ! Hot tasty soul food when you don't feel like cooking and moms to far away to cook it for you ! I will most def be back !"

"I recently dined at a well-known restaurant that typically receives high praise, but was disappointed with my experience at Frank's Outback. I ordered marinated salmon and Chinese-style sweet, but what I received was a dry salmon finger and overcooked, mushy broccoli. My wife ordered fried oysters, which were tough and did not taste like oysters should. The service was lacking as well, with loud young patrons nearby who appeared to be intoxicated. The staff did not seem to discourage their disruptive behavior, likely in hopes of receiving a generous tip. Overall, I found the restaurant to be overrated and will not be returning in the future."

"We have eaten here for years but had stopped going for awhile. So we decided to go back. The all you can eat sushi had actually gone down in price! The menu for all you can eat is somewhat more limited than other places we have been but still a nice variety. The sushi is fresh and well prepared and presented. I wish they would offer a sashimi menu as well. The Chinese food is always quite good. The hot and sour soup was very good but wish it had a little more sour . "We were greeted by our server bill who seemed dismissive and disinterested from the get-go. half of the glasses on the table had water in them and the rest of us had to wait a staggering 40 minutes for us to receive a glass of water after being seated, and once we had it, there were no refills throughout our two-hour party. This lack of basic attention to service was frustrating and left us feeling neglected. Our server bill was rude and clearly didn’t put any effort into making our experience enjoyable. We were a larger party so gratuity was automatically granted so it seems he thought he didn 't have to work for his money. To make matters worse, when the food arrived, it was lukewarm and bland. Given the service issues, it’s no surprise that the food didn’t meet any expectations. We had hoped for a pleasant meal but instead left feeling unsatisfied and irritated. One of the plates were even sent out incomplete...not sure how no one caught this but this should no be presented as steak and eggs It was nice that Larkins was able to accommodate such a large party, but from the rude host, the careless server, and mediocre food...we will not be back."

"I ordered mongolian beef dinner. Says on menu comes with fried rice and egg roll. I order 1 extra eggroll. Menu shows 9.95. I paid 17.91. I asked the young guy and he was too busy on phone (cell phone). I got home and called him. Same young guy. He quoted mee 11.98 with extra eggroll. WHAT?? So did he pocket my extra money? I will never go back again. You can't cheat people. Don't waste your time people. Egg rolls have changed. I understand consumer takes the increase but not by ripoff. See ya bye."

"No complaints on the taste but way too expensive for what I received. The R13. Salmon Avocado Roll was not rolled properly and the salmon/avocado kept falling out. The description says it comes with soup and salad but this is not true. The White Tuna sushi (fish over rice) was $4+ but ended up being one piece."

"I just witnessed them being totally harassed by a customer who was upset of being asked if he wanted chicken or beef. He might have been drunk or something but doesn?t give him a right to speak that way to them. He called the young lady very bad words that I simply cannot write in this review. People really need to chill. She was just doing her job and can?t help it if she doesn?t know what protein you want. Treat food service workers with respect. They have fantastic food and service here but the customers are just plain rude. Stop abusing the workers we all know these times are hard but here they are being here everyday to feed us. At the least we can give them some respect. I don?t do reviews often but they deserve this."

"I came here with my food group and we were all so pleased with this place. Our server Eric was just fantastic, he made great recommendations, was very attentive, and quick to go out of his way( taking out pictures). We started with the Escargots à la Bourguignonne and the Napoléon de Champignons Sauvages (mushrooms) and both were just delicious!! The escargot was my favorite of the two though, it was FULL of flavor. Next time I will order two of them for the table. For my entree I had the Canard Rôti au Cassi (duck) and once again, full of flavor. This place really knows how to season their food. I couldn’t have picked a better plate. For desert we tried them all lol and my favorite was the Tarte aux Pommes (apple tart). I love this place. They knocked everything out of the park. I didn’t have high expectations given that it’s in a shopping center, but boy was I wrong!"

"People! This place is incredible! We came today with my husband because we just spontaneously wanted good Italian food! And OMG!!! The service was incredible (our server Mike was very attentive, nice and right to the point) . We ordered bread with cheese for the appetizer and both had pasta bolognese! Listen, we traveled to Italy last year and ate pasta dishes in Rome, Naples, near Pompeii and in Positano. But this dish was the best pasta dish we’ve ever had! Hearty, fresh, unbelievable flavor and a big portion! I still just can’t get over how awesome this restaurant is! Thank you for such an amazing experience, Osteria 166!
