"There was one waitress, one bartender and one cook for a packed restaurant and bar on a Saturday night hours before a concert at the arena. We knew that it was going to be a wait, so we got drinks at the bar instead of ordering them at the table. One drink was wrong (no big deal, it wasn't bad, just wrong), and another other had things floating in it (didn't notice until the drink was finished, we just let it go). We ordered two open meatloaf and two salads, when they finally came out both meatloaf were cold, and the cobb salad was missing bacon. We asked if the cook could heat up the meatloaf for us, as it was pretty inedible, and when it came back 10 minutes later it was just as cold as it was the first time it came out. There was no apology or concern. The waitress asked if we wanted to order something else, but because we were there for close to an hour and a half, we had to head to the concert and didn't have time. Basically, half our party left the restaurant without eating dinner. Also, as we were waiting for our check, the table next to us ended up cancelling their order because they had been waiting so long they were also going to be late for the concert. I went to the website to get an email address to contact them, but the website was down. I did get an email address from facebook, but the email I sent was returned to me. I'm not generally a fan of leaving reviews as it's pretty unfair based on one experience, but there's no other way to get ahold of them."
