"It 's not difficult to find a good Armenian BBQ in LA, and we were hoping for exactly that from the Original Kabob Factory. My wife ordered catering from here and they seemed like they have their act together. They have a website, online ordering, and delivery they are a bit pricier than some other options in the area which do not deliver, but that is OK. However they showed up 30 minutes late and forgot the rice. When my wife called back about the rice they said something like please check again, it 's impossible that we forgot it . We checked, and yes it was missing. Then, they said something along the lines of (and this is the kicker) We will make it up to you next time. We had to apologize to our guests. I get that mistakes happen, but I expect something like this to be addressed, either by sending down what is missing from the order post haste, or at least refunding what was missing. This is not really acceptable. The reason I 'm giving it two stars, not one, is because the food that they did manage to deliver was good. Grilled meat and most sides were typical quality, quite acceptable, and some sides like the sauces had a nice kick and were above average. However, customer service is not really where it needs to be, so we will order elsewhere in the future."
