"This is my favorite Boba place. I discovered this place by accident when I was working with Doordash, but I swear my life hasn't been the same ever since. They have such a nice variety of drinks and snacks. Their Boba is unlike anything I've had before. The place is small but nice. The staff are also friendly and sweet. I'm the most familiar with Angeli and Mari. These ladies are the sweetest people I've ever met and they make the experience so much more enjoyable. I'm not saying the other guys that work here aren't nice, but I surely have more affinity for my girls since I'm the most acquainted with them. There are days when the place is buzzing with people, so please be patient and kind to the workers. It's not like Boba time where you have 6-7 people working the same shift. There are usually 2-3 employees working the same shift and multi-tasking to get the orders out. So please be nice to them and try to understand them. If you're looking for some really good Boba and snacks somewhere around the USC area, consider giving Factory Tea Bar a chance. I promise you won't regret it!
