Pleasant place to enjoy a good coffee...tea...or some dessert in New York! ?

Parking: There’s street parking available, and I found plenty of spots open when I arrived around midday.

The boba here is BOMBBBBB!!!! So soft and chewy and perfect!! My husband loved the bbq popcorn chicken and the elute fries were awesome (don't forget to squeeze the lime on top! . We got the nom nom tea and my hubby also loved that. Sorry about the bad pic, we ordered to go, but it was definitely very filling for two people. Can't wait to come back!

The location on 27th and Figeroa operates as if the customers are a nuisance. The tall skinny Mgr is rude and seems oblivious to wait times or customer service. We order chicken bites that took 30 minutes, and when asked for a reason for the delay this Mgr was rude and would not answer the question. If not for the $42 cost we would have left without our order.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and chose the passion fruit peach and green tea. My friend went with the chocolate cookies and cream smoothie. I have to say, we will definitely be returning—not just for the drinks, but also for the excellent service and the staff's product knowledge. Been here many times but this time is very disappointing. I have to say the employees are very nice and helpful, this time was no different although the person who helped me didn't know how to make the drink my friend and I requested. We asked for a Vietnamese coffee nothing else extra or special requests (pictured below) , it was undrinkable. Both drinks were horrible one was too rich one was too weak it was a complete waste of time and money we had to throw both drinks out.Parking: Street parking only

Really disappointed and wish I didn't come here. : I collect boba cups and was excited to get one of theirs but they don't give good cups anymore. They didn't even give a normal boba cup, just a strange plastic one where to get the straw it the drink went everywhere and made a huge mess. The grass jelly pieces are so big they don't go through the straw and they sadly don't have any flavor. Prices were ok, variety of teas was average. Add in options were low. It had a good rose flavor but the sugar level was high I got 25% and still so much... and yes I did shake it up) Overall disappointed still looking for a great post work boba place by USC.

This is my favorite Boba place. I discovered this place by accident when I was working with Doordash, but I swear my life hasn't been the same ever since. They have such a nice variety of drinks and snacks. Their Boba is unlike anything I've had before. The place is small but nice. The staff are also friendly and sweet. I'm the most familiar with Angeli and Mari. These ladies are the sweetest people I've ever met and they make the experience so much more enjoyable. I'm not saying the other guys that work here aren't nice, but I surely have more affinity for my girls since I'm the most acquainted with them.
