"I went to this Jamba around 2:30pm and I noticed before I walked in that one of the employees was not wearing a mask. I waitied for 10 minutes to see if they were going to put one on, but they did not. I guess they don't know about COVID-19 or they simplydon't care. I'm glad I didn't buy from here today."

"We waited an incredibly long time for our smoothies, and they ended up forgetting one of our orders. For two people, we spent $18, yet they made us feel as if they were doing us a favor. I ordered the Watermelon Warrior, specifically a summer special, but they were out of pineapple, which was the main fruit in the drink. Instead, I had to substitute with blueberries. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with overpriced items, an unreasonable 25-minute wait, and poor customer service to top it off. I recommend going to Vitality Bowls instead, which is just down the street! You won’t regret it— their food is all about real ingredients!"

"My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant about a month ago and had one of the worst dining experiences we've ever encountered. Earlier this year, we had ordered some smoothies, but they weren't made correctly, and a manager generously offered us vouchers as compensation. We appreciated the gesture since we would have been fine with just getting the smoothies remade. Fast forward to October when we returned to town to visit family (we live in Georgia). When we walked in to place our order, we were informed by the current manager that the vouchers given to us by the previous manager—who is no longer with the company—would not be honored because they no longer had an expiration date. As someone who has worked in fast food for over seven years and has experience in various customer service roles (including nursing), I understand the challenges of managing a restaurant and serving customers. However, I truly believe that the vouchers should have been accepted, especially considering we were out-of-town guests who approached the situation politely, hoping to maintain a positive relationship. If the restaurant owner happens to read this, I want to express my appreciation for the generally great staff members you've employed. However, we were very disappointed with how this manager handled our situation."

"Came in today and noticed a lot of new faces and maybe a little bit of hope for a better service than before. Ordered smoothies and pretzels for the family. With tip. It cost about $60. As we wait. I noticed most orders that was done after us has been passing us until the place is almost empty. I finally went to the counter and noticed that our order is done... all of it, but it was just sitting there. The lady was about to give an order to another customer that is about to pass us again while our order is ready. I pointed out that our order is ready and she looked at it and asked if that's my name on the order. I acknowledged her and she looked over and saw all the pretzels sitting by the warmer. She asked the cashier to hand it over to her, which is about 2 to 3 steps away from her. So we finally got our order. NOT impressed with this new crew. So not much changed. It wasn't busy when we got there. There were few that came in after us which most of them got their orders completed before us. Jamba Juice in Vacaville by the outlet does so much better. If there is a next time, I will definitely skip the tip, because you don't how the service will be after you pay. Sorry, but not really."

"This Jamba Juice location is especially great! I come here all the time and every one of the folks working here are so friendly and helpful (and I can be a little bit of a picky Jamba eater as I have some medical diet constraints . I recommend this place to all of my friends never had anything but top notch smoothies (not a single error in any order in...way too many trips! from this location, and the staff are truly lovely people. Monica has always been especially helpful and accommodating every time I come in!"

"Ive been comming to jamba since middle school and always got the pb chocolate love. I came in today and got 2 pb chocolate loves and 1 bold n cold brew. The cold brew tasted like actual sawdust, no joke. I brought it back in and told them that it tastedlike sawdust , and they asked me if I wanted something else. I said yes and she immediatly went to the other employees andstarted loudly complaining about how I said it tasted disgusting. The 2 pb chocolate loves just tasted like banana and penutbutter, not even a hint of chocolate. Im probably not comming back because they didnt even apologize when Ireturned the drink."

"Overpriced and bad customer service! D: Jamba Juice used to be decently priced until inflation got to the best of us and now their small is $8 and large $12. That's insane considering how they're just smoothies and I could spend my money on something else! After today, I don't think I'll be purchasing another Jamba smoothie. The customer service at this location was awful. The cashier serving me looked like she didn't want to be there and just stared in silence when I waited her to ask if there's anything else I'd like to purchase. Even then, she stood there in silence when I was supposed to pay not telling me my total. Maybe I'm just nit picky, but the places I go to shop usually announce my total even though it's obviously on the screen out of courtesy! They overfilled my drink to the very top and forced the cap on so I had to take a big gulp to prevent it from overflowing. Even then, it was already overflowing and the cap popped off causing a mess everywhere! My hands were sticky and it was just not a good experience :"

"I'm in love with Matcha green tea ray! I'm so often here that they know what to do. It is another great place where the staff is fantastic and super friendly. The place is always clean. One of my weekly, if not daily places to stop and get a smoothie! Update: I came on Tuesday to a Kings hockey game. My brother Alex worked and I was great to see him. We chat a bit of hockey while Quyen made a quick matcha green tea radiation for me. The crew of this shop is always exemplary in their ability to deliver quality service and a delicious smoothie. I have to give Chris, Quyen, Alex and the whole team to rock my smoothies all year round, a great happy holiday!! Thank you!"
