"Panera Bread is a very reliable place to get very good food and excellent drinks. I really don 't use the the bakery service much anymore, though I used to like to get there bagels and baguettes, which have always been good. Every so often I will bring some bagels into work. I do wish that Google listed an additional rating category beyond food, service, and atmosphere. Namely, value. My son and I got lunch and with tip it was $55. He got The Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich and I got the Green Goddess Cobb salad. He got a mango smoothie. I got one of their sugar-free charged drinks (with caffeine). I am torn, because the salads are always excellent. They really are clean , meaning there is no old or wilted lettuce like you often find in salads many places. You don 't need to look through your salad to try to pick out the unfresh gunk. That is certainly worth a lot. I 'm not absolutely sure it is worth $20, but I do have some additional add-ins. Anyway, we go here because they are absolutely reliable, and because we can put in an online order using their app and by the time I drive from my house to the restaurant it is ready for me to grab off the shelf. We rarely stay in the restaurant to eat. Anyway, Panera is right near some kind of economic tipping point where their higher prices are just barely justified by the quality of their food. I 'm sure that is exactly where they want to be."

"My wife literally left in tears. The most caring, loving, thoughtful, mother of 5 felt after the THIRD time this place failed to combine 4 simple ingredients (sausage, egg,cheese, and everything bagel) that she had been some sort of burden to Panera breadby not just excepting the bacon egg and cheese on a hoagie loaf, or the brioche bun sandwich they made, or whatever that thirdthing was I'm not even certain of. This AFTER the 25 minutes of waiting due to the dead battery buzzer they gave us. I got areturn with a receipt only to go to dunkin and have what I ordered made correctly and in about 5 min or so. Dunkin for the win.Unfortunately my wife has lost her appetite and currently is still in tears over her feeling as though she was asking too much.Thanks allot pan heads. Oh! Dunkin was %50 less on the price aswell."

"The possibility of me winning the lottery is much higher than this location of Panera ever getting my order correctly. I sparsely visit; I try to avoid this place at all cost because there’s ALWAYS a mix up in my order, or an item is missing, or they charged the wrong price without a discount or promotion they have. The food itself tastes okay, not much room to talk about the quality as most Panera’s maintain the same quality. The only significant comment on the food is that my last trip I noticed the apple had spoiled. The staff provided an extra side for the inconvenience, but still an honest observation about my latest trip and my experience with this location overall."

"I had my worst dining experience at a Panera location, and I used to come here all the time—never again! The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, and I had a particularly bad experience at the drive-thru previously. The restaurant closed 15 minutes earlier than their posted hours. I placed an online order to pick up at 8:50 PM on Sunday, February 13, and arrived at 8:40 PM. Since I live just 6 minutes away, I expected to pick up my order, but the place was closed when I got there. I knocked on the door to confirm that my order was canceled and to request a refund since I wouldn’t be getting my food. There were three employees inside who were cleaning up, but none of them acknowledged me. I even tried calling, but no one answered. I understand it was near the end of their shift, but they are supposed to assist customers during business hours. I also checked for any signs indicating a different closing time for that day, but there was nothing posted. I no longer feel comfortable spending my money where customer service is so lacking."

"All Panera sites have different problems (some of them so bad that I don't just go, but this particular location is the worst in food quality and preparation: the order is never ready for the planned time, the quality or appearance of the baked goods could look from sad to terrible, Bagels often look flat and not appetizing (I'm pretty much confirming other bad reviews). But this week they went beyond and beyond to get the price for the “wurst Panera ever”: I ordered a box of bagels and cream cheese for pickup, and a small pastry bag, went to the quick pick-up shelf, took my order and went to work. I trust the receipt and the person in the café who said that they are checked items and cream cheese are in the box with the bagels, and I should not have two cream cheese tubs were not in a box. What is the point of bringing Bagels to treat your colleagues and not with cream cheese to supplement them? Just chew the bread? So I called, talking to 3 different people, impossible to prove that it was missing (of course!, so I just gave up trying to fix their inability. Served back and paid for two pans of cream cheese and one of them was a terrible quality it had previously frozen (not chilled as for food quality when I opened, there were ice crystals and it was all healed and smelled disgusted. What a waste of time, money and energy. And the staff is also very unpleasant."

"The fruit cup was definitely not worth the $4.29! I should have taken a picture, but I didn’t. The sandwich was good, though. The fruit cup only had about two-thirds of a cup of fruit, and for that price, it felt like a rip-off. There were a couple of small pieces of pineapple, non-organic strawberries (which are known to be full of pesticides—definitely the worst option unless they're organic!), and the fresh blueberries were decent. The canned mandarin oranges were generic and unappealing. Overall, it simply wasn’t worth the money, and I won’t be ordering it again."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant tonight. The cashier was exceptional in her role, and I hope she's a manager or trainer because she excels at her job. She was very professional and represented Panera Bread exceptionally well. The food was delicious; I had the French onion soup and the BBQ Chicken Sandwich as part of the Pick 2 Special. "I am giving this place 3 stars because been though it is definitely comfortable and the food is good, A half sandwich at this location is between $8 and $9 plus tax. I can go up the road to Submarina and get an 8 inch sub for the same price.The people are nice and the bread and bagels there are better than most places, but you pay a little more here basically! The coffee club is good if you like coffee, but their iced coffee is pretty weak and their cold brew gives me a stomach ache. I recommend the hot coffee or the tea this location instead, or an espresso drink, which is not included. The iced teas are very good though! Especially the green one!"

"The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, though it appears to be understaffed. On the positive side, they have a great selection of sandwiches, salads, and pastries. The app is quite easy to use, but I was a bit let down to discover they don’t offer sweet tea. Furthermore, there is only one cashier at this location, which can cause some delays. They do feature seasonal items, so it's worth checking for those and their soup options before you order."

"Panera has a great offer on coffee and self serve beverages: $11 a month for unlimited self serve beverages. I love the concept but it doesn 't work well. Supplies are frequently out of stock, 24 oz.. cups, Splenda), coffee is batch brewed ,which means it is served from large thermal dispensers which are always filthy, and usually cold or empty. The pots themselvesare never washed/cleaned just look at the spigots on them to see they are encrusted with filthy build up. And, in truth,drinks are not unlimited, either, as terms specify a once every 2 hours rule. The program is a great deal if would work, butit 's messing with my morning coffee and that is just not acceptable."

"Been to this location a bunch, it?s Panera, so it almost always slaps. But, today I had the best customer service and it just made my whole day! The woman taking my order in drive through was named Bethany. She was so positive and she probably didn?teven realize she was making me smile and laugh a lil just by ordering through the drive through intercom. I loved herpositivity! The woman who took my payment at the window, although I didn?t catch her name (beautiful red nails and cool flowertattoo on arm) was super lovely as well and really communicative and positive! I got a coffee and a bagel and I pulled out thedrive through to park to get my stuff settled and I realized that I was missing my extra cream cheese I ordered. Literally, NObig deal at all, but since I was still on site I decided just to pull through drive through again and get it. Bethany, still asupbeat and cheerful as can be, apologized, correct the tiny little mistake and beyond! I?ve worked in service industry for over10 years. It?s a thankless job pretty much all the time. But, I want to personally thank these ladies for making my day withtheir awesome personalities, great service, and positivity! 5 stars"

"Really disappointed. I came in today to order advertised value duets. I intended to order 2 value duets of chicken salad sandwich and wild rice soup for 5.99. My problem is that since the soup doesn't have a substitute for the value option, I am now obligated to order at full price. I addressed this with Lorenzo, a manager, content to tell me that there is nothing to be done... as he sat on a laptop in the dining room and ate his own meal. I guess I should mention that the registers are down and I also am obligated to order through the kiosk... So, no service, nor attempt to assist, and left with the disappointment of being told there isn't a way to fulfill the promised value duet. I guess that Panera should really think about integrity, customer service, and a better way to retain a customer. I am content to leave and buy nothing. Maybe next time, your M.O.D. will be concerned about making the customer happy, supplying food for a paying customer instead of filling his gullet, and maybe expressing (at minimum) a little empathy.Sincerely,The guy giving his business to EATZI's tonight"

"before I start my review, I don't love panera any problems and that's always on the point. but today was not eating. my wife and I ordered you two suppe and sandwich. we both ordered chicken noodles and chipotle chicken avocado sandwich, we both ordered the same. we have thickened and once I sat down on the tasty eating I ordered to refine, I noticed that the meat was missing in both sandwiches and the suppe was mostly brewed with a piece of chicken in my suppe, the suppe of my wife was all broth with a few pieces of carrot. I thought maybe there are some kind of lack ofhuh I was not aware, so I went to picking up counter to ask if there is a kind of bad of women with curly blonde jacks haare and a blue hemd, I did not have their names. their answer to me was that all meat portions are weighted and there is no possibility to see what is in the suppe when it portion. I reacted well our sandwich and suppe had little to no meat, and I got this for one because and never saw the part of the meat so missing and completely lacked in the suppe. she reacted again to the fact that everything was divided and did not offer any kind of determination. I'm disappointed with this customer service because I was friendly, discreet and not mad. her answer should have been: “Hey, I am so sorry that I can see what I can do to fix this.” I could have got a manager, but I think that could make a bigger impression on missing places."

"Set in the drive thru for 25 minutes Ridiculous for a fast pace area in downtown Nashville. They put us behind for picking our children up from school. The customer service on the head set was ridiculous. Smiling through your headset goes a very long way. She rushed us talking, didn't give us side item choices .. The young lady didn't greet us , and even pulling up to the window we was not approached. Until a young man handed us a a drink that didn't belong to us, able 10 minutes later. So that added even more time to the wait. It took 25 minutes to receive our order for our salad, soups, and sandwiches.. I spoke to the Assistant General Manager, and she explained they were short staff, and recieve complaints every week, and that I'm not the first. I respect her honestly, but she was even ripping, and running around the store. She need to be upfront (expediting) sending out orders so that when they are very busy she can coordinate. Believe me if she was standing there things could run smoothly. Everyone excuse is short staff due to Covid ...nobody want to work etc....false .. everyone is hiring..it's all about how the place is ran. The place is ran so horribly, and ghetto . They act like this place is in a bad area ..."

"This location has really gone downhill. We often order takeout, and it's common for our orders to be missing ingredients. Furthermore, the quality of the ingredients can be quite disappointing. Most recently, I ordered the new chicken sandwich, and it barely had any sauce on it. The chicken was overcooked and incredibly dry. I also opted for the "pick two" option, choosing the green goddess salad to accompany my sandwich. While I was informed in advance that they were out of tomatoes, the salad still arrived missing onions and eggs, leaving me with just chicken, bacon, and three tiny pieces of avocado. Is that really what the green goddess salad is meant to be? My husband's chicken sandwich also arrived without the spicy buffalo sauce, which is supposed to be the signature sauce for that sandwich. I’ve had enough of this location for now and won’t be ordering from this Panera for a long time."

"I have never came to this one and thought it will be a good mother and daughter day time and when I came in there was a line but it want fast and when I was ordering the younge and sweet employee where really caring and when I want to get a cookie for my little one they ask me if my child had any Allergies and look up the Recipe to make sure that there is no Peanuts ingredients in there and they found out there is none and I was so moved that they did that? I ordered 2 Broccoli cheddar soup with a cookie and a Cinnamon bun and one small hot chocolate and a caramel latte all for 24.00 with tip it was $27.94 and did I say the employee was so nice and helpful ? this place will be my place to go for now on and the Atmosphere is really relaxing easy place to go and get some work done ?"
