"Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry why let it bother me because this was the 2nd time, food ice cold. My neighbors told me they go to one much further away to avoid this particular store. Fool me once... guess I was the fool. Never again will I spend a dime there."

"In a time when employees are hard to come by and the supply chain is absolute chaos, this Panera gets 5 stars from me. If you’re the kind of person who gets frustrated with out of stock this and that, or you’re in a huge rush this is just me repeating what I’m gathering from other reviewers, not speaking about my own experiences then definitely stay away from…honestly any Panera location. Maybe any restaurant, ever, at all, right now.I have had nothing but amazing experiences here lately. Everyone I have interacted with has been so incredibly kind that I could have cried haha. A couple of weeks ago I had someone who was so patient and sweet as I chose so many different bakery items, and today someone else was so kind and welcoming, intentionally complimenting me and calling me by my name. It’s these little things that make me want to come back and this Mexican street corn chowder, wow Thank you Panera friends for making these long days spent at the hospital visiting my dad suck a little less!!"

"Positive Update! I’m seeing new faces working at this Panera and the difference is already unbelievable. I brought my 3 month old in this morning to pick up a fairly large breakfast order. I went in because they did not have the curbside option available and I’ve been told I cannot pickup rapid pickup in the drive thru. I had my hands quite full. A lovely employee did not hesitate to help me out to my car. She very kindly explained that they are short staffed, and that she was making sure they were doing their best to accommodate rapid pickup through the drive thru. Gives me some hope for this location! Have never had a friendly or productive experience here. Busy or absolutely no one else in the restaurant, no one seems to want to serve or interact with their customers. Getting the correct order is hit or miss, on top of the unpleasant atmosphere. 6/30/2022 another trip to my local Panera just means another missing item. Never a full order completed at this location."

"There is a reason this place has two stars. Yesterday when I was ordering through the drive thru I couldn't hear the lady speaking. I kept saying sorry I can't heart you and she was VERY rude. On top of that my food is never right. Today when I came by at 6:29 she told me when I got to the window they don't open till 6:30... and once again very rude about it.... Definitely don't recommend unless you want to deal with rude employees and still have the wrong order."

"I placed an order for delivery at 7:06 pm through the app, with an expected delivery time of 8:00 to 8:15. However, by 8:00, I had received no word on my order and after multiple attempts at calling, I finally reached someone at 8:30 who claimed my order would arrive in 15 minutes. After several more unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I finally got a hold of someone at 8:58. Unfortunately, the worker was rude and insinuated that I should have called earlier, despite my efforts to reach them earlier. I requested a refund as they were unable to provide me with a clear timeline for delivery. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled."

"I usually visit this restaurant during my work breaks because it's within walking distance, but no matter what I order to go, it always takes forever to be ready—whether they’re busy or not. Today, I ordered a single cup of soup to go and ended up waiting for 27 out of my 30-minute break. When I finally received it, the soup was poorly packed and had expired, and they didn’t include any utensils even though I had specifically requested them. The staff offered no apology. Meanwhile, a family of four who ordered right in front of me received their full meals and finished eating while I was still waiting for my one cup of soup. I highly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you don’t have time to sit and wait."

"I recently placed a catering order with Panera Bread in Queensbury, NY, and I had a wonderful experience. The website was user-friendly, and Joanne was quick to respond to all of my follow-up calls. On the day of the event, Joanne arrived early to make sure everything was on schedule. "The prices are too high, but this is the fault of others not in the store. (Lost the 5 alone) They were from things that were usually menu clips. The staff did not offer a discount, but we are friendly and working with what they had. It's an upbeat location, so I was fine with it. "Ordered 2 of the new Mac and cheese sandwiches. When they called my name i could barely hear them and someone else walked up so I assumed it was their order and continued waiting. You cannot see the order pick up area from most of the tables. A while later a very cranky employee came up and ordered us to go get our food which was now stone cold. I explained my confusion and they dismissed me and said it's been waiting for you it shouldn't be our job to deliver it to your table.... ok that's fine but would it kill you to call the name out again if the wrong person comes for it and it's sitting there a few min later? Ate our cold sandwiches and left, it's been 2 or so years since I've gone to Panerai and I'm starting to remember why."

"The cashier and other staff working that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful even though I came in at the end of the night. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and the young woman taking my order was patient, helpful and more than willing to offer suggestions on what I might enjoy based on the tastes I told her I had. She even gave me samples of soups to try and a glass of water while I waited for my food. It was nice to see a restaurant chain like this that didn't slack on their service just because they were working on their closing routines as well as still accepting customers. As a former waitress I know what it's like to strike the proper balance to give superb customer service as well as complete your night duties in a timely manner. The food is delicious, I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup and a chai latte. I can't wait to come back and try some of their salad items. The ONLY reason they will not get five stars or even FOUR stars from me is because they are using too many plastic products still for their to go products and food packaging. It's unconscionable. There are too many alternatives in the manufacturing industry now for these large food corporations to not be leading the charge in making America plastic free. There's really no excuse for this anymore. I hope that Panera managers and owners take this to heart and make the necessary and imperative changes. Every business counts!"

"I always go to Panera for lunch and dinner. And I always enjoy my food. But I did order a catering order for about 20 people. I was so impressed by my catering order. It was excellent. Very generous portions everything was hot tasted wonderful they just did a really really great job I was so appreciative considering everyone is understaffed right now and they were very busy. The food is great the staff is always wonderful I can’t say enough good things about my catering. If you’re having a party definitely get catering by Panera I got the soup salad and a bunch of sandwiches it was amazing."

"I had a more enjoyable experience when I ordered in person rather than using their app. The chai was a bit too sweet for my liking and had an overwhelming vanilla flavor. On the other hand, the bagels are fantastic! The breakfast sandwich with turkey, egg, avocado, and other ingredients on a whole bagel was excellent, but that's just my personal taste. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, though some customers can be quite rude. I witnessed one customer shouting at an employee, blaming Biden for the fact that her unlimited refill coffee now costs $2. It's important to consider the workers in these situations."

"My husband and I LOVE trying a new steak place. We are accustomed to going out once every few months and spending a good $300+ on a good steak dinner. He found this one and we were excited for something different but man do we REGRET our decision!!!! Appetizers: The French onion soup was so gross and flavorless! They put a pile of onions and a cheese stick in beef broth and call it French onion! Stay clear of this! My husband ordered the wedge and it was decent but the smallest wedge I’ve ever seen for $20. Dinner: I ordered a fillet and for $70 you would think they would have added salt and pepper. They touted their grill they bought from Spain but they must have forgotten to buy seasoning. Not only was my steak tasteless it was cooked to almost well done. My husbands KC was so full of grisl that he could barely eat it. His was also overcooked and had no seasoning. Sides: we had the Mac and cheese, broccoli and au gratin potatoes. The only thing that was edible without salt and pepper was the mac and cheese but honestly KFC has better Mac and cheese. Not only was our food bland and overcooked but it took nearly 45 minutes to come out. We left without dessert as we couldn’t imagine spending more money when we were disappointed with every course thus far! Let’s just say it was so bad we didn’t even consider bringing the left overs home to the dog. If you are over 60 and looking for a bland meal this is your place. Young and with tastebuds stay far far away!"

Thanks for pushing decent mom and pop caterers out of business leaving one subpar, soulless corporate husk of a company to provide a mediocre meal at a premium price. Thank you very much, I am sure to think twice before ordering $600 worth of catering in the future no need to worry though the options open to me for breakfast are very limited, so I’ll probably have to settle for your lax customer service, casual attitude towards significant mistakes on your part and bland, boring breakfast offerings. "An absolute joke. Avoid avoid avoid. Employees yelling at each other. Employees yelling at customers. They 've run out of everything when you order. When we finally did find a sandwich they could make, after waiting for 15 minutes, the sandwich makers said they never got the order. Then they told us they didn 't have all the ingredients for THAT sandwich so we took what we could take and left. It 's chaos in this place, I don 't understand how they are still open. We were patient and quiet but there were two arguments between angry customers and employees in the 20 minutes we were in there. Insanity."
