"Was looking forward to some awesome dishes on their Creations menu, but found both wanting. The Roasted Vegetable Tort was a great idea, but over spiced and yet lacked salt. Inconsistent at best. The Grilled Lamb T-Bone was also innovative. The lamb was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor. The beet was not well cooked through and the Kalamata/Feta, which should have added a nice saltiness to the dishes but were poorly incorporated. Flavors were inconsistent through the dish. It took over an hour to get our mains and our waiter mostly disappeared during that time. We loved the view but the poor quality of both dishes left us thinking View 18 has more opportunity to improve."
