"I can 't say enough about this 'gem ' I found via another app. My daughter was in town, and I wanted a nice place that served healthy food. It met the mark! It is on the 2nd floor with elevator option, there is free validated garage parking behind the establishment. We had a nice booth. Our server, Deena, was very efficient and offered nice suggestions. Nice wine list by glass as well. We started with ahi jicama cones, yum! I ordered the Scot Salmon salad, and my daughter had short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes! All wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant. Great place for business dinners or special occasions as well. There is also valet parking if needed."

"The restaurant was not very busy on Thanksgiving eve, but busy enough that it added to the atmosphere. Our server was very attentive to my dietary concerns and we discussed it and he offered suggestions before I even perused the menu. Our drinks came quickly but we didn’t order an appetizer as we expected our food to arrive in a timely manner. We wound up waiting at least an hour for two entrees! My dining partner was really hungry and she noticed the problem before it really registered with me. We asked our server and he said it would be soon, and brought us some chips and hummus on the house. We probably waited another 10 minutes before we were finally served. My partner ordered the pot pie and said the turkey was really salty and didn’t wind up finishing her meal. I had the Paella. It was topped with sliced acorn squash but it wasn’t cooked evenly, parts were a little undercooked. The rest of the dish was filling and tasty. We passed on dessert. Overall it was a nice experience and I would go back, but for the price of a dinner out these days I would expect the meal to be cooked more carefully and still don’t understand why we waited so long as tables around us seemed to be getting their food in a timely manner."

"We wanted a cozy setting tonight and we wanted to be able to catch some of the football games and this checked all of the boxes for us. We started with the Mexican street corn dip (probably one of the best bites I’ve ever had and what a generous portion! we subbed out chips for veggies (stick with the chips if you can but nice to know there is an alternative if you need . I got the steak salad with the balsamic vinaigrette (such a great dressing, our waitress said their dressings are made in house, I absolutely love that! What a great personal touch . I got a side of mashed potatoes which were also very tasty, these are not the boring box potatoes. My husband got the roasted chicken which was a nice portion over veggie. I’m looking forward to our next meal!"

"The girl who took order over the phone didn't take correct order. We went to pick up food the lady who took our order was just unprofessional she was rolling her eye's evertime the phone rang. "The service was really slow and forgetful. Everything came out at different times. Drinks arrived one at a time for our party of 6. Entrees arrived before appetizers. And we had to constantly remind the staff of items we were waiting for. On top of this they automatically add a 20% tip to all checks, regardless of party size. The food was not great. One dish was good, the others were disappointing. Overall, the meal and experience were very disappointing."

"The food was delicious, I’d go back to eat again, BUT LET ME TELL YOU. I WAS. STUFFED, and now originally I never eat all my food, I even stole half of my mom’s burger. But one thing that bothered me was all the noise. Now I’m a very introverted person, and I’m very shy and if there is too much noise I will quiver in anxiety, but I was mostly talking to my sister and mom. But over all it was Delicious! I just wasn’t a big fan of the noise, (mostly also because I’m pretty sure I have autism) but I get really hyper sensitive about a ton of noise. But I loved watching the horses race on tv."

"The food was good as always. The service was the best part. We had Grant as our waiter and he was superb at his job. He was so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. He was always checking on us and was very easy to talk to and joke around with. I hope he gets the credit he deserves as he is one of the best servers I’ve ever had!"

"First time here, the woman taking orders reminded me of the stereotypical cashier from a dreaded cafeteria you would see in a comedy movie. She just needed the hair net. No greeting, no hello, no smile, no personality. The face of your company should be better than that. The food selection is huge. There is something for everyone. All types of sides as well and a big jar of pickles that looked like floating poop. Not appetizing at all! The decor is lots of hometown sports teams paraphernalia. We ordered the large roast beef sandwiches with cheese and sauce. I did not notice they served beer until it was too late. We were given our order number and that's it. We noticed the people after us went to sit after they ordered. We figured, ok, we will sit. A young girl (another person on auto-pilot, went around delivering food. She seemed to know where it was going except for our table, she yelled out my name (which was asked when we ordered). 7 years in Central Massachusetts and still had not found a decent roast beef place. The sandwiches were delicious! Toasty buttery bread, good ratio of sauce to beef. The fries/onion rings were standard. People kept staring, not sure why. We will definitely return for the sandwiches but we will get them to go."

"The wings were over cooked but the Asian zing sauce is delicious. I ordered the sampler and it came with bonless wings insrea of traditional as shown. They were also overlooked. Flavor good. They havent learned how to package food for transport so that the food doesnt get cold and soggy. The dries nachos and onion rings were all soggy. Other restaurants have superior packaging. The completely forgot our Mac n cheese. We use door dash on average 2 times a week. This is our first time ordering here. I highly doubt we will order from here again."

"Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. When I say the food was cold, I mean, there was no warmth at all. Not like it was delivered a little late and cooled down. I don’t think it was even boxed warm!If management cares at all about this establishment, I would hope they’d start listening to these honest complaints and get rid of the horrible cooks. This doesn’t happen as an honest mistake this was on purpose. Blatant. Get out of the restaurant business if you don’t care!"

"When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that they do not use OpenTable, despite having made a reservation through that platform. This caused quite a bit of confusion with the hostess, who seemed to think it was our mistake. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes to be seated. It was a busy Saturday night, and since we didn't really have many other options, we stayed put, even though we were hungry. The food and service were average, which is what we expected given the circumstances. The management should address this issue and remove themselves from OpenTable if they don't actually use it. Doing so would alleviate some of the stress for both the staff and the guests."

"Ordered online at 8pm. Order was set to be ready at 820pm. Seen they were a little busy so when we got to the store to pick up gave them till 835. Came in and there 's was a full lobby and servers coming in and out. Spoke to three people giving them my name for the order. The third person went back and asked and they said that my order was 4th in line. Went outside waited for 15 minutes. Came back in at 855 and then was told my order was the last ticket. I then went out and grabbed my phone brought up my receipt and headed back in to show the time and ask for the manager. The time is now 915 and the manager says she can 't do a refund because it would to 5-7 business days because it was a credit card order. And that it 's just one order I can wait .....so with that being said. I 'm over buffalo wild wings and the pathetic service that they give. The people below the managers servers cooks hostess deserves a better work environment and better management. Servers are constantly over worked and under prepared for their shifts. Management is never around to help only at the bar on their phones. There 's cameras and your head of company can see them and yet do nothing.If your store is swamped and getting buried you should be doing everything in your power to get them through it.The heads of this company need to come and actually revaluate this store and there management team...oh probably should come with out calling.....or they act more prepared. This was a bogo night. And I ordered 2 bogos. I should have received 60 wings and I only received 30. I would like a refund on half of my order and with that being said I will take this matter up with customer service and not your gm."

"Here is a picture of my salad. If Management is okay with how this salad was made. "We have enjoyed this restaurant for a while, but we've had a couple of disappointing experiences. Twice, they were out of the sauces we wanted—medium and mild garlic parmesan—and they also didn't have steak frites. Last week, when we ordered over the phone, they assured us our order would be ready when we arrived. However, when we got there to pick it up, we discovered that they had never placed the order. We had to reorder and wait again, only to find out that our order still wasn't in the system. Eventually, they placed it again, and we finally left with our food. It wasn't even very busy; this was at around 5 PM on a Saturday. Because of these issues, we might consider going back to Papa Bee's instead."

"When I left, we had a great server and our order came out quickly. Most BWW these days have quite hard service and it is difficult in and out in an hour. Either we had a great waitress or they still train the right way down here. Not much to say. The same old BWW menu we all know and love. "First things first, The service here is amazing. I was greeted by Emma and Patience. I sat at the bar and got immediate service. Patience is so friendly. A couple minutes after I got my food the manger came over to ask how my experience was. It was my first time here and she went over specials they do and different events they do. Kaytlyn was such an awesome manager and seems so fit for being in customer service. She told me she bartends on Wednesdays I'll definitely be back!! Patience, Emma, and Kaytlyn made my experience memorable, you just gained a new regular!!"
