"Never been to a restaurant where no one is getting served food. Seems like everyone got one round of drinks then forgot about. Got in at 7:40pm didn't get served til 9pm that's an hour sitting at the table and managed to get our bill and pay after nearly 35 mins of sitting waiting. We managed to leave at 10:30pm. Food was cold, soda was just carbonated water with no flavoring. Blue moon glass was cracked and I had to send that back also. The floor of the restaurant on the carpeted side was a complete nightmare as I made my way to the restroom. I have no idea what staff is doing? No pride in work no conversation no nothing like I'm a bother for wanting to eat here. Nothing like how it use to be back when there was just one location.Dont need to post pictures the company can just look at security cameras and see there potential lawsuits when a customer slips on food on the ground or swallows glass.."

"I went to the restaurant for lunch and sat at the bar. I ordered a side salad which was larger than expected and only cost $5.99. I asked the bartender, Paige, for extra onions on my salad, as they were not included. The salad was good and the iced tea was brewed well. However, when I received the bill, I noticed I was charged 79 cents for onions and an additional 79 cents for extra onions, leading to a 26% increase in the overall price of the salad. I was disappointed as I was not informed about the extra charges beforehand. Despite Paige mentioning she was the bar manager and had been working there for six years, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, the restaurant seemed to be similar to Hooters, with a focus on alcoholic drinks, burgers, wings, and nachos. If you enjoy Hooters, you may like the Winghouse."

"I'm not quite sure what's happening with this restaurant. The parking lot was completely empty on a Friday night—are they still open? It's been a while since our last visit, and this time we only ordered drinks, not food. Both times we've been here, it was nearly deserted, with perhaps just five other customers. The bartender didn’t recognize us and appeared to have a somewhat unfriendly demeanor; she didn’t even greet us. However, when the waitress finally came over, she was friendly, efficient, and polite. We ended up ordering food, which was quite good, and we had no complaints about that. If it weren't for her, we might have chosen to leave. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, and it's disappointing to see it losing its appeal. I hope it doesn’t keep heading in that direction. Overall, it was an uneven experience, with one unpleasant interaction followed by a wonderful waitress, and it took a while before anyone acknowledged us. The food was decent, but I long for the professionalism and lively atmosphere that used to be here!"

"Have loved every time I have been in this restaurant EVER. This one in Burlington is no exception. Nice staff, quick service, delicious food. My only complaint is that my boneless wings were not completely covered with sauce, but I didn't bring it to the staff who I am sure would have corrected it. They did not use any contact billing where the link was sent to me in a text and I paid online what I LOVED. I will definitely come back."

"This location is a hit or miss (mostly a miss). We have ordered here about 10 times in the past 10 months hoping that the next one will be better. For the vast majority of these times, they have gotten our order wrong (e.g., have included fries even after paying extra for onion rings, wrong sauce on the wings or there was a side completely missing). The two times our order was correct it was fresh and we enjoyed it. If you’re doing take out, please check your entire order before leaving the premises."

"The food is consistently delicious at any Buffalo Wild Wings location I visit. The only drawback was the longer than usual wait to be seated and for the food to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Wings, Mozzarella Sticks Appetizer, Hot Wings, and Wings and Fries. The average cost per person for dinner is between $30-50."

"We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, especially the spicy wings which we finished entirely. We even brought our baby along and he enjoyed his time in the high chair. Our waitress Gabby K was extremely friendly and made our visit even better. Overall, it was a great experience."

"I never had an experience in a wing restaurant. I loved eating absolutely. I worked as a trainer under yum corporation and I spent a lot of time cooking as you were specific and that was exquisite. I would also like to say that the service should die. I was never thirsty at any point where they let the drinks flow. my waitress was also very amusing to check me and my family and make sure everything was to our pleasure. 5 stars made me."

"Hello, I arrived at the restaurant only to be informed that they didn’t have my reservation. Either they were being dishonest with me, or they may need to update their information on this website. It was very frustrating, and they didn’t acknowledge that I had made a reservation at all."

"I had a wonderful experience during lunch. The server was very attentive, but not intrusive. While menu prices have increased slightly, they are comparable to what you find elsewhere lately. The side salad with grilled chicken I ordered was incredibly flavorful. They were playing 80s music on the sound system, which suited the age group of the customers perfectly. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better time."

"I had a positive experience at the restaurant. The waitress was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to change seats. I ordered the 10-piece boneless chicken with a split sauce, and let me tell you, if you enjoy spicy food, you’re in for a treat. However, if you’re not a fan of heat, be careful with the mango habanero! When I say it’s REALLY SPICY, I mean it. That sauce was intense! The waitress even joked about bringing a fire extinguisher!"

"Picked this place by accident due to I had reservations somewhere else up north and due to traffic, There’s no way we’re gonna make those reservations. What a pleasant surprise and I’m happy that we detoured to Goat and vine Arrived on Valentine’s approximately 8 o’clock. place was fairly busy and they had a private party of approximately 20 people on the far side of the restaurant, they were loud and on the verge of being obnoxious. For appetizers, we had bacon wrapped shrimp which was delicious and for entrée eggplant Parmesan, and also short rib pasta. Both of them were very good. The amount that you receive is a lot, so you better come hungry. Service was good, but not excellent. At approximately 9:15 the manager came over and asked us if we wanted to put our entrée meal order in due to the kitchen is closing soon. Cording their website the restaurant closes at 11 so I was caught off guard by that a little. She was pleasant and nice about it and I understand if it closed at 10 o’clock They usually have carrot cake, but they did not have any carrot cake left, which was a disappointment. Did not get any dessert Overall, I would definitely come back here again when I’m in the area. Leaving the end of the evening they give you a pasta to go either regular pasta with marinara sauce or eggplant. It’s part of a deal that they have at the restaurant and everyone leaves with something. I’ll be having that for lunch this week. The thought was very nice, but we left with a lot of leftovers. The interior decor was pretty cool, major wine selections. It looked like they had an outdoor patio, but due to the snowstorm it was hard to tell the exterior view of the restaurant. It’s kind of hidden away off the main route. If you’re in the area fully worth the trip if you’re on a date or doing a celebration Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"We had a reservation, but we waited before anyone greeted us at the entrance, and it took at least another twenty minutes before we were shown to our table. Many people were waiting around us as well. Our food didn’t arrive until quite a while later, and our drinks sat empty for some time. Additionally, our order was incorrect, and all the fries were served cold. While the staff were friendly, they were hardly present during our visit, and the wait times were really frustrating. On a positive note, when we received the bill, they did comp my daughter's dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, I think they need to increase their staff and also improve their website, especially since they require reservations to be made online rather than by phone."

"I enjoyed my experience here. I came in on a Friday, about 345,4pm, so before the evening rush. I enjoyed a quiet meal, it was very empty in the restaurant, so my food came out quickly. Rand did a great job servicing me. The only area of improvement is cleanliness. The glass on the doors and glass above booths are filthy with handprint marks. I also had to wipe away crumbs from my seat at my booth, and there was a left over straw paper from a previous customer behind the menus on the table. It could’ve been easily missed had I not used the condiment holder. Make sure the restaurant is clean. Otherwise, I would eat here again before any rush. I don’t have any problems with this location."
"Well friends, Here is the low down on WH. It's dead, just doesn't know it yet. Unfortunately it has not evolved, and breasturants are fading fast. Hooters has Nostalgic edge to it, they also have Hoots ;the smaller less boob filled version. Winghouse was a copy probably by a former hooters exec who had a spat with the other guys. The place was mostly sad, thirsty guys hoping for some validation from the large chested bartender they never got from Mom. She was the star of the show. Service was slow, due to limited bar staff, there were ample amounts of servers but like I said the Honey behind the Pine had the flies attention. Wings came out in record time and they were good smothered lightly with mango habanero. It was just enough heat to get my attention but not enough to make my nose run. Steak fries were Meh, kinda soggy. They had Ken's blue cheese and that's good. I didn't use it though. I'd give it 2 years maybe less, this place is done. Went to get cash at a nearby chase bank and Chili's was packed to the gills. That's what will endure not a ghost town of a wing joint with sad servers wearing very little clothes and less self respect. :"

"WingHouse promises great wings with their menu listing them as "Jumbo Wings," but they certainly did not deliver on that front. The wings were small compared to those offered at half a dozen other nearby restaurants. To say we were disappointed with our meals would be an understatement. The portion sizes were minimal, and the wings lacked both flavor and size. On a positive note, the service was good; our server was attentive, which is the only reason this place received three stars. For much better wings, consider going to Charlie Horse, Loco's, or Beef O'Brady's. If you're looking to enjoy a sports bar with scantily clad servers, this is the spot for you. However, if you want quality food, I suggest you look elsewhere."

"In my opinion, the staff at this restaurant is always professional. Wings tend to be pricey at most places, not just here, and not necessarily because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, when a BOGO offer is advertised for traditional wings on Tuesdays, it should be honored. I visited this restaurant two weeks ago and ordered a BOGO deal for 6 traditional wings, but I received 10 wings. While I would have understood this discrepancy if the menu was based on wings by the pound, it was clear that they were being counted individually. I didn't bring it up at the time because I was concerned about potential retaliation affecting my food. Despite this issue, the wings are consistently good with a wide selection of sauces and beers, and the staff is great. It's important to uphold integrity in business practices."

"We were immediately seated with our open table reservation. The food offerings were high quality, with great selection, in a "Waldorf Astoria" setting of elegance. The staff was very personable. In the serving line , I had asked for sugar free syrup, but they said they didn't have any. (odd I thought), so I mentioned it to my server, who promptly smiled and said, ah but I do! and went and brought back a small cup of s/f syrup. I will be going back for my husband's conference in May (coincidentally at the same hotel) and I will definitely be making a reservation...I think I'll do that right now before I forget...."
"I came here last year in May or so and it was great. Just came here, and complete garbage. After we got seated, we watched them turn away so many people a hour prior to closing. Our tator tots had to have been from earlier in the day. Nobody’s food was hot. The staff did not apologize for the cold food, nor the fact that we sat here for about an hour waiting for our food with only one other table seated. The server didn’t have another table but us. The wrong food was brought out for one of the parties at our table. When she was told about she, she said “ok”. Didn’t apologize, didn’t offer any fixes, just “ok”. Also the server was sick. You can hear the stuffiness when she was talking and You could hear the mucus in her when she continuously coughed when taking our order. only time she came to our table was to bring us food. Never checked up with us in between to make sure we didn’t need anything else until it was time for the check. Would not recommend this place at all!"

"This restaurant does not accept OpenTable reservations, which is frustrating. Once we were seated, everything was wonderful, but this is the second time my group has encountered this issue. Each time, we were given the same explanation: "We don’t really do reservations like that." The first instance, I thought it might have just been an inexperienced staff member, but it seems to be a recurring issue. On a positive note, our waitress was fantastic, and the food was delicious. However, I strongly advise against making a reservation here. I've been searching for a way to report this to OpenTable, but haven't found a solution yet, so I'm sharing this as a warning to others."
