Each appetizer was a 10 (crab cones and the fish ceviche), as were the meaks halibut, steak, scallops and the burger. Samantha offered stellar service, great suggestions and perfect timing. One of the many reasons is that the food is overpriced for the kind of service they render.I am going to demand to talk to the Leo Manager who appears to have not trained their staff about etiquette and racial jabs!Save your money and grab your bites at better places all around, other places that care and provide adequate and friendly services. "Our second visit. Lots of service mistakes (eg, fall menu given to us when seated but not yet available at end of summer; aioli skipped not on the side; protein on salad not added). Some people thought dishes were unexpectedly over seasoned (fried chicken too peppery; fries too salty). But the drinks were good and atmosphere cheery. Want the place to succeed, hope it grows into its vision. Dietary restrictions: Said the French fries came from a gluten-free frier (rare and appreciated by our celiac guest)"

"We wanted a cozy setting tonight and we wanted to be able to catch some of the football games and this checked all of the boxes for us. We started with the Mexican street corn dip (probably one of the best bites I’ve ever had and what a generous portion! we subbed out chips for veggies (stick with the chips if you can but nice to know there is an alternative if you need . I got the steak salad with the balsamic vinaigrette (such a great dressing, our waitress said their dressings are made in house, I absolutely love that! What a great personal touch . I got a side of mashed potatoes which were also very tasty, these are not the boring box potatoes. My husband got the roasted chicken which was a nice portion over veggie. I’m looking forward to our next meal!"

"5 of us came here today to get lunch, what a mistake it was coming here instead of Bombers down the street. took 30 minutes to get our appetizer out. we asked if the rest of the food was coming anytime soon. Suddenly 2 minutes later it shows up. 3/5 peoples food was COLD. my fries were clearly old and had been made many hours previously and were reheated. the food had obviously been sitting there for 15-20 minutes not being brought out. they took $40 off the bill for some of the food but still gladly took $100 for the the rest of the food. Im not one to blame a server for the kitchens problems but our server was anything but apologetic, she was disinterested and only came over when we were asking someone else about the bill. Again suddenly they hopped too when worried they might be in trouble. Manager never came over. Realistically we should have just paid for the appetizer and drinks and left. Im not someone who will complain about mediocre or even bad service but come on. the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full at this time, no excuse for that type of service. Hopefully customer service can make up some amount of the $100 that they had no problem taking."

"When a 20% gratuity is included we expect to get great service. It started off well, but as the night went on, it took 20 minutes to get our mussels and chocolate cake. Took another 10 minutes to get a glass of wine that was ordered at the same time. It should never take 30 minutes for a glass of wine. The waitress didn’t check on us for at least 15 minutes when we had to flag her down to ask where our items were. It took another 15 nights after we were done eating to get our checks, another 10 for her to come back and get the payment. Valet service was also full and told us we had to park on the street or in the underground garage. I won’t be back…"

"the only bad thing was when I showed up and was told that they didn't take any precautions. I was on time and the party before me sat before my party. I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table."

"The food was good as always. The service was the best part. We had Grant as our waiter and he was superb at his job. He was so accommodating, friendly, and efficient. He was always checking on us and was very easy to talk to and joke around with. I hope he gets the credit he deserves as he is one of the best servers I’ve ever had!"

"First time here, the woman taking orders reminded me of the stereotypical cashier from a dreaded cafeteria you would see in a comedy movie. She just needed the hair net. No greeting, no hello, no smile, no personality. The face of your company should be better than that. The food selection is huge. There is something for everyone. All types of sides as well and a big jar of pickles that looked like floating poop. Not appetizing at all! The decor is lots of hometown sports teams paraphernalia. We ordered the large roast beef sandwiches with cheese and sauce. I did not notice they served beer until it was too late. We were given our order number and that's it. We noticed the people after us went to sit after they ordered. We figured, ok, we will sit. A young girl (another person on auto-pilot, went around delivering food. She seemed to know where it was going except for our table, she yelled out my name (which was asked when we ordered). 7 years in Central Massachusetts and still had not found a decent roast beef place. The sandwiches were delicious! Toasty buttery bread, good ratio of sauce to beef. The fries/onion rings were standard. People kept staring, not sure why. We will definitely return for the sandwiches but we will get them to go."

"Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. When I say the food was cold, I mean, there was no warmth at all. Not like it was delivered a little late and cooled down. I don’t think it was even boxed warm!If management cares at all about this establishment, I would hope they’d start listening to these honest complaints and get rid of the horrible cooks. This doesn’t happen as an honest mistake this was on purpose. Blatant. Get out of the restaurant business if you don’t care!"

"Definitely will check every bit of my order before leaving. First, NO RANCH NO CELERY/CARROTS with our boneless wings! Second, no chocolate or caramel syrup on the “loaded” ice cream ! Third I unfortunately forgot to add the appetizer I wanted so Imade a second order it was cold and sitting on the back I had to return inside to retrieve it . Fourth the entire meal (2 10piece wing meals with fries all cold didn’t have any heat to it (warmth it’s sat on a shelf with no warmer even my icecream desert was left on the shelf in a bag to melt. Very disappointed as I could of spent half the cost ordering from a pizzajoint for what I paid for to take home tonight . I feel I just wasted $40"

"if I could have written this without star, I would have. I called in a job and was treated rudely by a worker because I didn't understand it (she spoke extremely fast and mumbling.) it was said that the job was finished for 20 minutes. we go to pick up our order half an hour later and it was not ready. we'll wait half an hour before we get our food. every employee we talked to during this process was rude, short, could take care less that everyone was even there. the manager brought out our order and was annoyed with us that we asked the long waiting time. seriously?! she tried to accuse the system, she also told me when I called in my order, they were not busy. hmmm. why was our order not started and completed?! there was also an apology for that which did not make sense. the manager ton and actions were inappropriate and inappropriate. I know that the whole country is undergoing a personal scarcity, the way we were treated was of lack of reason and education. a manager should know how to treat a restaurant for which they are responsible, they should know how to blame themselves for the mistakes of their systems, rather than a computer. they should be problem-solving and have the ability to talk to people. unnecessary to say we will never go back to this restaurant again. I will not take the chance to be dismantled and spoken with so crazy rudely before my child again."

"When we arrived, there were very few people in the place, probably due to Corona. Definitely did not need a reservation. Our hostess was not wearing a mask and neither did the waitress. Service was fairly quick and adequate, although the waitress did not know anything at all about the wine. Food came out quickly and it was typical BWW fare. Wings and celery sticks. I had leftovers which I took home. When I got home and in better lighting, I saw chicken hair all over my remaining wings. After taking the meat off the bones, I gave them to my dog, who didn’t mind the hair in the least. This was the second strike for BWW as far as we are concerned. The previous time we ordered takeout. When we got our chicken wings home we discovered they did not have any seasoning on them at all. Not even salt. Yechch! IDK, BWW, you are slipping. It is going to take me awhile to get over the hairy wings. I should think you could torch those babies to singe all the hair off."

"When I left, we had a great server and our order came out quickly. Most BWW these days have quite hard service and it is difficult in and out in an hour. Either we had a great waitress or they still train the right way down here. Not much to say. The same old BWW menu we all know and love. Parking seemed plentiful and within the Gravois Bluffs were not too much trouble."

"We have been here before and have never had an issue. We got to the restaurant and were seated immediately. We sat for 20 minutes without being spoken to, the whole time there were 2 servers walking around us and a manager running food. The table behind us (which was finished when we got there) asked one of the girls where their server went because apparently she had disappeared. They then spoke up and notified that server we hadn?t even been helped yet, not even with our drinks. This server, with a bad attitude, told them that she wasn?t sure where there server went and also they were on a wait so that?s why we haven?t been helped. We were not informed there was a wait, and we sat for 25 minutes, with a 3 year old, in a building that did not have air conditioning. Absolutely would not recommend coming here."
