"On January 11th, I stopped by Jack's to grab a meal for my son, who was feeling quite hungry. I ordered him a tender meal, and he commented that it was delicious. However, as I was disposing of my son's tray, I noticed a significant amount of residue around the trash can, including old ketchup and food stains. This area definitely needed some cleaning. Additionally, there was a blue bucket on the counter next to the trash, filled with dirty water and an old cleaning towel, which was quite off-putting. While my son enjoyed his meal and the staff were friendly, I'm left uncertain about returning to this Madison location again."
