"On January 11th, I stopped by Jack's to grab a meal for my son, who was feeling quite hungry. I ordered him a tender meal, and he commented that it was delicious. However, as I was disposing of my son's tray, I noticed a significant amount of residue around the trash can, including old ketchup and food stains. This area definitely needed some cleaning. Additionally, there was a blue bucket on the counter next to the trash, filled with dirty water and an old cleaning towel, which was quite off-putting. While my son enjoyed his meal and the staff were friendly, I'm left uncertain about returning to this Madison location again."

Had to deliver my nephew to Jack this morning so he could go to work early. Glad to see they're trying to help him out with more hours. A great place to have a good quick bite biscuits and gravy and hash browns boy was it delicious. If you get a chance to go by Jack's on Hughes Road tell Matthew at the front counter I said hey Uncle Rick said that. Anyway enjoy your meal and enjoy some great food he's a great kid and help you out.
