"I visit this restaurant every Wednesday night with a group of about 5 to 8 people, and we’ve always had a great experience. The food is excellent, and we make sure to tip generously when our budget allows. We typically have great interactions with our usual waiter, Zack. However, since Zack is transitioning out of his shifts, we’ve started being served by a young woman who has an *exceptional* attitude.
On this particular evening, we had a couple of new members in our group, and our waitress felt it was necessary to call us out at the end of our meal for not tipping over 20%. She even claimed that “no one wants to wait on [us] anymore due to [our] lack of tips.” This was surprising because we usually tip very well, especially for good service (thanks, Zack!).
I have to say, once Zack officially leaves, we’re unlikely to return. I used to really enjoy coming to Crunchy’s, but with their newly hired moody staff, the atmosphere has changed for the worse."
