"I was so looking forward to eating here I’ve been a diagnosed celiac for over 13 years, and this type of comfort food is hard to come by unless you try to make it yourself. We ordered breadsticks, deep dish pizza, cinnamon sticks, and an elephant ear. Unfortunately, every one was a bit of a disappointment- the elephant ear being the best of the bunch. The breadsticks are hard, dense, and dry. It seems like it’s probably the pizza crust dough rolled into a small log? It doesn’t work. The cinnamon sticks are the same, so same issues there. The deep dish pizza could have been pretty good, but it was underdone with raw grainy crust in the middle, which is the first bite you take, of course. The crust is so-so in my gluten free experiences, not anything I would say you wouldn’t recognize as gluten free. The sauce and toppings were very good. The elephant ear was okay much denser and chewier than a traditional elephant ear but what really ruined it was that they put icing on top instead of a simple cinnamon sugar shake, something that could be an easy fix if I were to ever return. We will not go back, even though it’s a quick stop for my husband after work. I’d rather just have the Costco frozen gluten free pizza, which is really sad."
