"I was really disappointed with this restaurant. They promote themselves as vegetarian and vegan-friendly, but in reality, they use butter, milk, and eggs in almost everything. We went for breakfast and found that the only vegan options available were a heel flake and a head dish. Honestly, I can get better vegan options at a chain restaurant like IHOP, where I can order crispy fruit and heel flakes. We tried to communicate with the waiter to create a nice meal, but everything was cooked in butter. It’s frustrating that they claim to be vegan-friendly when their understanding of veganism seems limited. If they truly want to cater to vegans, they should know what being vegan means and offer real vegan options. We ended up leaving in frustration, and I still feel annoyed when I hear others talk about this place. It’s hard to believe they consider themselves vegan-friendly while using eggs, cheese, and butter."

I informed her about the number of people in my party and mentioned that I had joined the Yelp waitlist, but I wasn't sure if the timing had passed. She responded with a blank stare and seemed distracted. I'm unsure if she was unfamiliar with the system or simply uninterested in assisting a Black patron. Fortunately, another host approached with a smile, asked for my name, found our reservation on the waitlist, and led us to our table. However, our server was also initially unwelcoming, though she gradually warmed up to us. It made me wonder: Are Black guests not welcomed here? **Food:** The food was outstanding. Everything we tried, from the French toast to the waffles and bacon, was delicious. **Menu:** I wish the menu included a description of the French toast; while the pancakes had descriptions, the French toast did not. When I inquired about it, the waitress looked at us as if we should already know. **Suggestions:** I recommend diversity training for the staff to ensure that all guests feel welcome. Additionally, adding descriptions for the French toast on the menu would enhance the dining experience."

"I had taken my grandson twice to Haven Diner for breakfast and the experience was excellent. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Yesterday, we went for breakfast and the experience was terrible. Our waiter, Chris Ramires, appeared to resent having to wait on us. I spilled a glass of water, for which I profusely apologized, and we were then put in a booth way in the back, as if it were a punishment. Chris proceeded to wait on customers who arrived after us, while we sat in the back. We had ordered a cappuccino at the first table at which we were seated. Finally, Cris arrives, unsmiling, annoyed, and we order pancakes. The pancakes arrive but one of the busboys had to ask Cris if he was waiting for the cappuccino, which arrived after my grandson was done with his pancakes. It was cold and the whipped cream had melted into the coffee. Clearly, Cris decided we were unworthy of good service. When I paid, he was manning the register, and he had the audacity to ask about his tip.One rude waiter can ruin a dining experience. I called and was told he was a new employee. We will not be returning to Haven Diner."

I’ve had patrons like Tina and Terry threaten me and attempt to provoke fights, despite being significantly older than me. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience without any drama, THE SILVER DOLLAR IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Even long-time locals are aware of this. From now on, I will choose to dine elsewhere because Silver Dollar clearly does not value its patrons and has shown a troubling level of racism in their conversations about anyone who isn’t white. If you’re looking for a scene where the bartender might even pour your drink on you while patrons interfere, then this is your spot. Otherwise, I recommend steering clear of Shanna, Robin, Tina, and Terry. They engage in unfair practices, so stay vigilant!"

This was my first dining experience inside the restaurant, and after a short wait, I was seated and promptly welcomed by a bright, energetic server named Margaret. **My Review:** The space is open and airy, allowing guests to enjoy their meals without feeling cramped, which is a definite plus. **Food:** Excellent and flavorful, served quickly. **Service:** After addressing my questions and providing recommendations, Margaret got to work. I noticed her checking on other tables regularly—she was always aware of her surroundings, moving around, and serving. It was refreshing! If you’re looking for attentive service during your meal, I hope you get Margaret—she’s fantastic! **Update: 8/5/23** When was the last time you had a piping hot meal served to you? "Cindy’s is my all time favorite spot in all of yolo and sacramento county. Breakfast is to die for, lunch and dinner are delicious. The staff is the best in town. Liz, Earth, and of course Jerry are all funny, kind, and very wholesome hosts. Service is always fast and friendly.The coolest part about Cindy’s is that they serve both thai and american diner food, both of which are fantastic! Nothing beats getting a thai tea with your breakfast, but if you really want a specialty treat, ask for the yellow curry omlet, with chicken ! Its amazing ?!Some other great breakfast favorites of mine are: the Breakfast burger, chicken fried steak, Eggs benedict, and the french toast! "This is primarily a breakfast place, well located on Highway 111 in La Quinta in the frontage of the Wal Mart. They serve lunch, but have not tried that. We tried it on our quest to find the best breadfast in La Quinta. This wasn't it, but it wasn't bad either. Not a great review, but I would go again. We had a pretty standard eggs, bacon and potatio type meal. The eggs were cooked correctly, the bacon was not great and the potatos were ok. The toast was not hot, and the butter was hard, not a good combination. I will say that the coffee was ok. Again, I am not raving about it but it was good. The bacon was a disappointment, just because a breakfast place should not suffer from just ok bacon. We did see a pancake or two go by, they were truck hubcap size, so theres that. Service was adequate. The price was not a bargain. Not really a reason to go back, but if I was there and hungry, I guess I would go."

"Nice staff but our experience was pretty bad.We came in and they told us to take the middle table. It was set but dirty. We have a kid, so we have wipes and cleaned it off.About 5 minutes later we got menus. The biscuits are pretty dense and there was a very light coating of gravy.My breakfast sandwich was supposed to have jalapeno aioli. It did not.We waited to see if anyone was gonna check on us, and then I went to the counter to order a side of gravy and aioli.A while later we got it.The bread on my sandwich was good. The egg was supposed to be over easy. It was over well. There was no runny bit of the egg.The side of fruit we got was good.The hashbrowns were terrible. Im not sure how that even happens.Overall we spent over an hour here. There was probably 20-30 minutes more than needed waiting for service. The restaraunt was busy but watching people come after us, order, and get their food before us meant we were just in some kind of limbo.It felt like the table was somehow invisible in the space, despite being in the middle of everything.There was a lot of little things that made the experience bad, however, the food was not good. Thats really the biggest thing that matters.I was shocked to have an experience like this in something rated 4+ stars.Maybe it was just a fluke, but it felt more like what Ive seen or read in 3.4-3.6 rated places."

"I am from Indiana, but when I am in need of a good brunch or something unique, I always head to Chicago. "I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it has quickly become my go-to place in Exton for meeting friends! They offer casual breakfast and lunch options with a wide variety of delicious choices. I had the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sandwich on whole grain bread, which had fantastic flavor, though it was a bit messy to eat. It came with chips, which were a nice addition. Their coffee was excellent—I’m quite particular about coffee quality! One of my friends ordered the special brunch burger, which was also messy but thoroughly enjoyed. Another friend tried the salmon salad and had no complaints, although nothing particularly stood out. We also shared huevos rancheros, which everyone liked. Our waitress was friendly, which is always a plus, and we didn’t have to wait at all, even on a Friday at 11:00 am. I definitely plan to come back for a second visit!"

"The menu has a vibe similar to Cheesecake Factory, with endless options to choose from! The best part is that the portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. I’m actually glad Nudy's is in the suburbs because the same dishes would likely cost at least $5 more in a downtown Philly restaurant. Plus, breakfast is served all day—yay! I can see why the Cinnamon Bun Pancakes are a Yelp favorite, and I can’t wait to try the Cinnamon French Toast and all the creatively flavored pancakes and French toasts during my next visit. I was feeling a bit indecisive (or maybe greedy) and ended up ordering lunch too; it was a tough choice, but I finally opted for the crab salad, which I loved served as a sandwich in a pita! The great thing is that all their salads can also be made as wraps. My mom had the Granny Smith Chicken Salad, which came with crispy French fries, and her friend ordered the delicious-looking Barbecue Chopped Salad. Our server, Kara, was very friendly and attentive, and the hostess, Katie, made sure we felt warmly welcomed. We were seated right away, as it was a quieter time during the week at lunch, but I heard it gets crowded on weekends, so I'd recommend arriving early. Parking was fairly easy, but be aware that it’s metered. I also learned there are other Nudy's locations in the Philly suburbs. I can't wait to come back to Nudy's!"

"Visited Nudy's on a very early Saturday afternoon to try out its breakfast options while having our car serviced at a nearby dealership. This location is fairly quaint, with a local feel and down home decorations. In terms of menu variety, while there are no alcohol options, the overall food menu is very large and should have something that anybody could be interested in. We ordered the blueberry pancake and chipped beef dish with biscuits, alongside some orange juice and cold press coffee. While the food arrived quickly and the service was prompt, I have to say that the food was rather bland, with neither plate being anything to write home about. With that said, the prices were very fair (roughly $10 each). Overall I would recommend Nudy's to a friend if they were specifically wanting a no frills, low price breakfast option, which I would imagine is this restaurant's goal to begin with."

"Absolutely amazing food (in taste, proportion and presentation) exceptional customer service both at the table and the front desk. We are visiting from Colorado and decided to eat here based on the online reviews and recommendations from family that live here. I had the Baja Benedict and my partner had the cinnamon roll French toast, both were great! The waitress was awesome and when we went to check out we decided to buy some shirts because they have very creative, unique and patriotic designs on them. The kind woman at the host stand tried to help me find the one I was looking for but we were not able to. She got the owner (Mo) a very nice gentleman and even he helped. He asked us to wait a moment and went into the back, low and behold he returned with the design I was hoping to find. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back! "I typically go to the Ardmore location and I had no idea this location was so stunning!!! Justinee helped us out when we paid and she was absolutely a pleasure to talk to and so positive! I told her that her hair was so inspirational and there is a wonderful employee at the Ardmore location who always has the most gorgeous and beautiful hair. I’ll be going back for more wonderful service at both locations and for some hair inspo from your kind employees! I ordered eggs over-easy with bacon and a short stack of GF pancakes. It was delicious except that I only received one egg and had to ask for another which was kind of weird. But they quickly rectified the issue. But besides that, Nudy’s was gorgeous and clean. the service was good even though there was a steady flow of people during my meal. I had such a great overall experience and will definitely be coming back to this location and the location in ardmore."

The loud music coming from the kitchen was quite something, especially since it continued to blare even after another customer asked them to turn it down—clearly the cooks take precedence over the patrons. It was also quite hot inside, yet they weren’t serving on the patio an hour and a half before closing time on a lovely day. The restrooms are tiny, and the dining area is cramped and noisy—I felt like I knew everything about the people sitting next to me. The service wasn't terrible, but that's not saying much. "The service and food here are outstanding. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with Sangria sauce, while my husband went for the Mixed Grill. Both dishes were delicious. Equally impressive was the staff; they made my husband feel as though we were their only customers. The view is absolutely breathtaking as well. After our meal, we moved to the patio to savor a bottle of wine while watching the sunset.
