"My group has had a couple decent times at this location. The most recent being a larger group. They have limitations on group size and we called ahead to ask. We were told they would leave a message for the evening team and to call 30 minutes before we went to eat. When we did, the message clearly did not get to them and they said they didn't take call aheads. This would have been nice e to hear about when we first called. Once we were there, there were miscommunications between the hostess and the manager which led to a small confrontation. The manager was very nice however and it was okay in the end but the hostess that spoke to us was a little blunt and harsh until the manager spoke to us. The food was overall fine for a Chilis experience and was what you would expect, with he exception of steak that was likely seasoned twice because it was way over the top. I think the overall experience was just fine and nothing caused us to never want to go again. Just a mediocre experience that you might expect to see with larger groups at a chain like this."

"Wow I just don't know where to even start at seems like if somebody that we know is a good waitress is not there we don't get good service every time we go in lately it has been horrible. We order such food and it comes out wrong If they take it back, it comes out wrong again they take it back. It comes out wrong again. It takes him forever just to come to a table to even get us a drink, they don't even after the food is wrong ask if you want to keep the fries or anything just to eat because your other food is wrong. It is horrible. My husband was starving because his stuff was not cooked right he asked for it to be cooked right a couple times and they keep bringing it back wrong. This happened more than once with us and it is starting to get to be ridiculous. We are seeing on other reviews that this is going on so we're starting to wonder if it's the cook or what the manager apologized which was nice and it's not the waiters fault either we are starting to think that it's the cook or some thing is going on they need to figure this out because we're starting to read the reviews and finding out this has been going on a while. You'd like to come back but if this is going to keep happening, we will not be coming back.!!! ??? Come on what's going On ??"

"Husband and I took our kids out for a dinner date and the wait time was 45 minutes for a table which was better than the 70 minute wait time at Applebee's other than the wait time for a table of 5 food was pretty good and our waitress was very prompt she came and checked on us to make sure our food and everything was good which it was. Over all experience was good seeing how it was a family of 5 I was around 100.00"
