"Decided to try this place out since we always get fliers for it in our mail box. They are slightly more expensive then our normal place that is just a little further north on Peoria. The food was good. I had the hunan chicken. Their wantons were also good. They were different then I'm used to because it tasted like they had onion in them. "Got General Tsao chicken, it was pretty good but no one can make General Tsao chicken like Peking Tokyo which went out of business a long time ago. They set the bar quite high Ive never had anything like it since. The place is small no dininginside. The people were super sweet wait time was reasonable. Portions were more than enough. "Great service, great food, and great drinks. Sat in the patio, 6 ft seating, heaters and patio lights on. Plenty of parking and across the street from a park, if you are looking for a post exercise spot. I ordered the gorgonzola burger, with mushrooms, bacon, onion, blue cheese/ gorgonzola and tomato jam protein style aka lettuce wrapped vs a bun. Delicious dipped in ranch. Crispy potato wedges selected as my side vs. Coleslaw or salad. Wedges were crispy, thick, warm, and seasoned well. Ketchup i want to say was a little spicy unless it was the fries and so tasty together. Ordered a skinny cucumber jalapeño margarita on the side that hit the spot. Highly recommend this spot. Also other gluten free options available which i hope to try next time. Enjoy and cheers"

Every dish that comes out is always well-prepared, and they’re always adding to the menu—when we went this last time, they even had sushi!Dishes are marked for gluten-free which I appreciate, and they even have low-carb items! As tasty as dinner was, I think we had even more fun with dessert. I had the jasmine crème brûlée. I consider myself a crème brûlée connoisseur, and I was told this one is made in-house. The crust was perfectly done, and I thought the raspberry sauce beneath the dish was a nice, unexpected touch that lended a lovely tart-yet-sweet contrast to the creamy-but-light crème brûlée.My husband got the affogato; I stole a bite and we both agree it was absolutely delicious.Can’t wait to come back! "Ask the person that is taking the order to write down what the customer wants or to type it into their phone.  Repeat what they said and then ask a manager for help after.  It shouldn't take 10 minutes to place an order.  I said that I wanted unagi nigiri.  I told her my order 6 times.  I should have to tell my order once, twice, or three times tops.  I don't know if there was a language barrier but unagi means eel.  Make sure that your employees know the Japanese vocabulary.  I order maguro.  Therefore, I expect the person that is taking my order to know that maguro means tuna!  I asked you for two unagi nigiri and you asked me, "We have nigiri squid, eel, etc.  What do you want?"  I told you that I wanted unagi.  Do you not know that unagi means eel?  I know the Japanese terms.  I'm sorry that I didn't speak to you in plain English and tell you that I want eel and tuna.  You gave me 8 tuna sashimi and 4 sashimi unagi when I wanted 4 sashimi unagi, 4 sashimi hamachi (yellowtail), and 2 nigiri unagi.  I don't know where the miscommunication happened.  In this time and age, people just want to get the food and take it home.  I think that it would be a good idea to have an online ordering system of some sort or just make sure that your employees are more knowledgeable of the menu.  I am not sure where the miscommunication took place, but thank you for giving me my money back!  It looked delicious but I didn't take one bite.  I was upset because I didn't get the extra ginger that I asked for!  Thanks for making sure that you gave me extra wusabi and no soy sauce because I had soy sauce at home.  Sorry for the not business.  See you next time.  I hope that you improve your process of communication."

"The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. It may have been because we visited on a holiday, but the customer service was professional and courteous. The restaurant itself was very clean and the decor was ideal for a romantic date. As for the food... it was average. While all the dishes we ordered were decent, there seemed to be a lack of depth in flavor overall. The dishes looked appealing but we found that some flavors were missing and lacked heat. Some of the dishes were also lukewarm, possibly due to the busy atmosphere. The prices were reasonable, making this a place that anyone can afford if they are looking for Instagram-worthy and affordable options. In general, it was an okay restaurant experience."

"The food was delicious! I ordered through DoorDash and was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time. "Before my daughter went back to college after winter break, she requested P.F Changs. I made a 6:45 reservation earlier in the day and we arrived right at 6:45. Upon arrival, we checked in and the were quickly told they don’t see our reservation. We were told to “prove it” so I showed the email confirmation to ensure it was the correct date and time. I also showed the app confirmation. The hostess just said she would put us on the list and it would be 20-45 mins. We said that we had a reservation and just proved it and she said I will add you to our list and it will be 20-45 minutes. We stepped outside to wait confused by why they wouldn’t honor our reservation. We should have asked for the manager but stood outside to wait. After 20 mins of virtually no one getting sat we opted to leave and not remove our name to see how long it would have taken. Guess what, we never got the text alert! I don’t like their food to begin with so now I’m done with them. It was so disappointing that we couldn’t take our daughter there the last night before she left out of state for college."

"I have ordered from Yummy Thai for years and this was the absolute worst! I ordered a lunch special that was supposed to be delivered by 12:15pm. I went to see if it had arrived at 12:25 and it had not. So I called and was told the delivery driver had just left he will be there shortly. My location is only down the street. I waited patiently for another 20 minutes and called again. Once again I was told he would be there shortly. The delivery was at the corner. I met the delivery person outside and wondered if by now my food was cold. Well, in fact it was. My spring roll was sitting in the sauce of the entree and was soggy, my sticky rice was so sticky that I could not pry it apart with 2 forks. Everything else was cold. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!It took an hour to receive an order that was only down the street. Never again."

"The ambience is good.. Mostly all food has some sweet taste even though we ask for spicy.. we ordered chicken fried rice, beef with broccoli,chang's spicy chicken.. Even the spicy chicken is somewhat sweet.. they gave some chilli garlic paste to make it spicy.. No water : not sure whether they won't serve water or they missed.. we had water bottle for our kid which we used.. Tried asian mojito which is not up to the mark so won't recommend that.. even calamari we wont recommend it's like hard cheese stick with crispy oil y coating like kfc.. Last time we had a take out order in which Singapore noodles are awesome which I highly recommend..soups are good . missed review we visited this restaurant on my bday mentioning the same while booking the seat for reservations hoping that at least they will wish for my bday while allotting the table...but they didn't care what we mentioned while booking table reservation.. in that case we feel they can remove that special occasion box in online form for table reservation..."

"There’s really no reason to make a reservation at PF Changs’s because they obviously over book their dining room on purpose. I’m disabled and was forced to sit outside on a backless bench because there were so many disgruntled diners filling up the waiting area inside the restaurant. When I made the “reservation”, I told them about my disabilities and the requirements for our table. I understand that my situation is unique and bothersome for restaurants, but they really made no attempt to accommodate my needs. We were shoe horned into a table in the middle of the dining room that was extremely difficult for me to navigate through with my cane. Fortunately, my fellow diners moved around to help me get by without bothering their dining experience too much. A bus person dropped a large tray of glassware right behind me, but I wasn’t hit by any of the broken items or their contents. The food was fairly average, certainly not worth the parking fiasco and the unnecessary wait for our “reserved” table. There was a dining room manager who did her best to make sure that we weren’t affected by the broken glass or the danger of the wet floor while we were leaving. She even escorted us to the front door so that we could get out safely. I told my wife to take a good look around, because we won’t be there again. Also, after my wife paid for our drinks with her credit card while we waited for our table, she received 3 messages from the fraud department of her bank concerning 3 other charges that had just been made with her card. Obviously this establishment has some untrustworthy employees that are looking for the opportunity to steal customers information while they dine there. It makes you wonder about the hiring process and even the management itself."

"Delicious and Outstanding Value SushiFebruary 2023 Understated location in a strip mall on Collins Avenue. Small dining room with some seats outdoors, nothing fancy. The menu was quite large with lots of different offerings. Everything we tried was very good, with the Bahamas Roll and the Red Dragon roll rating excellent. The ramen was good as well. Service was hit or miss. When we arrived, we were on the early side of the dinner crowd and were seated quickly and food arrived quickly. At the end of the meal, there were quite a few parties who had been seated for 10 15 minutes without their order being taken and other parties waiting to be seated. We waited about 20 minutes to pay. It wasn't a big deal for us, especially in this environment where everyone is short staffed, but wanted to be balanced in our review. Food was excellent and it was an outstanding value compared to the sushi restaurants across the street in the large high end hotels. Will certainly return."

"The hosts could use some training on how to better manage guest interactions. The young man we encountered was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, there seemed to be confusion regarding who was in charge of which area, resulting in us sitting there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence.
