"We decided to dine at this restaurant before taking my friend, who had never been to NY, to see Phantom of the Opera. We allowed an hour for dinner, thinking we could surely eat in that time. The food was delicious, but the service was slow. It was a Monday evening, not very crowded, yet the service was unusually slow. Our salads and bread arrived almost immediately after ordering, but our fettuccine Alfredo with chicken took a long time to come out. We ended up being there for an hour and a half and had to flag down our waiter multiple times. Overall, it's a decent restaurant for dining, just don't have a strict timetable in mind when you go there."
