"On a recent trip to south beach for the “South Beach Wine and Food Festival”, we had some time to kill before the festivities began. Jon and I visited Fratelli la Bufala , a pizzeria at 5th and Washington. This is one of two USA locations; the others are scattered across Europe, centered in Italy.<br/ <br/ We started with the famous Burrata appetizer, which came with arugula, sliced tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes. If you haven’t had Burrata, it’s like the hard shell of Buffalo Mozzarella with a creamier mozzarella inside. I usually dislike arugula, but this complemented the dish so well. With a splash of olive oil and balsamic for each bite, Jon and I were in heaven. The “small” portion was quite a lot for two people 4+ could definitely share and the price not cheap, but it came from Italy and we were in love with the taste.<br/ <br/ We shared a 1/2 Margherita DOP and 1/2 spicy salame. I was afraid of the spice so was glad that it only covered half the pizza. The crust here was phenomenal. Super thin, perfect flavor, and all toppings went close to the edges to maximize pizza happiness. Basil under the cheese was key because it was able to wilt and cook appropriately rather than being added last minute. Oven time was super quick and the pizza was fully satisfying along with Peroni beers on draft.<br/ <br/ Loved the Italians working there. Loved the service. Loved the pizza. We were so happy with our meal. Check it out when you’re in South Beach!<br/ <br/ *I know there are mixed reviews on this spot, but I had no complaints, so come give it a try!"

"Five stars doesn?t seem like enough to grade this GREAT establishment!!???? My partner and I GOOGLED restaurants to eat at in Chino Valley and this one came up w lots of positive reviews and we thought we?d give it a try Mexican AND Italian offered in the same place? How can that not be amazing?! Greeted upon entering by a waitstaff member, we were told to sit wherever we wanted. I was immediately impressed with how CLEAN and orderly the restaurant was and thought the decor was tasteful and not overly done. Our server was quick w our drink order and placed chips and tasty salsa on the table straightaway. The chips were just how I like them fresh, thin and lightly salted w no lingering oily aftertaste. My partner ordered a taco salad w carne asada and I, the House Enchiladas w cheese. The wait for our food was minimal and oh my what a delight when it arrived at our table! Not only was everything DELICIOUS but it was beautifully presented (see pictures) both of us were quite impressed!! Every ingredient was fresh, the blend of spices perfect not too heavy or too much heat the guacamole that came on the taco salad was honestly the best we?ve ever had. The carne asada was fork tender and the taste spot on. My enchiladas filled and entire plate and the beans and rice came separately, that?s how large the portions are here. I only ever order enchiladas when I dine in a Mexican restaurant as the dish is my absolute favorite. I can honestly say the enchiladas I had here today were the BEST I?ve ever eaten the sauce was simply delicious!! We will be back to dine again and next time we?ll try items off the Italian menu. I?m so pleased we?ve found our new favorite restaurant that?s so close to where we live!!!"
