"I always enjoy dining at Maggiano’s from a typical family dinner to a romantic date night to a Thanksgiving dinner. The generous portion, great service, and quality food are always there. Our waiter, Jeremy young man with glasses was very knowledgeable, attentive, and politeprofessional. It was a special occasion my good friend, Aaron’s farewell to Germany for a great job opportunity so I was looking forward to a very nice time with him. And I got just that on Sunday. Thanks Maggiano’s for always there for me for my dining needs; you are definitely one of my goto restaurants in the Denver Metro area for sure"

"I’m grateful for the time spent with my family, but I’m quite disappointed. We had no idea who our server was, while other tables around us were being attended to. The most frustrating part was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet we received no service whatsoever. At least they remembered to bring our food to the table, but we couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being overlooked, especially since we were the only Hispanic guests in that section. It felt unfair when the rest of the guests were being treated well. Unfortunately, this is not a place we plan to return to, and thankfully, it's not close to home."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking for a place that had good pasta. This was my first time trying this place and it was a really bad experience. The customer service was non existent it felt like no one cared to great me or asked me if I was ready to order. It was pricey for a one meal person,I spent almost 30 bucks for fettuccine with chicken and a order of mozzarella sticks. The fettuccine sauce was disgusting and it didn't taste right and the chicken tasted like they burnt it and threw it in the fettuccine sauce. The mozzarella sticks tasted alright but the marinara sauce was really watery, like they added water to the jar shook it up and gave it to me. Definitely save your money and look else where. I give this place a 1 out of 10"

"Excellent services, with many choices of sandwich, salads, and pizzas with quality ingredients. The mozzarella actually tastes like mozzarella and not cheapest vendor bagged cheese. Well done! Comfortable seating layout and a big bar space. Staff on hand for a Monday night were on point. Plan for a bit of driving the blocks if you need parking, or arrange for east take away. To-go also has bottled wine and brewery assortment coolers for take away."

"What a great evening my girlfriends and I had at Maggiano 's. We ordered the Dinner for Four and it was outstanding. The portions were incredibly generous and beautifully served. We could not have asked for anything more. Our server began with Kim who was working a little longer so she could get us settled. Our main server was challenged with a banquet party and multiple other tasks, and Kim was gracious enough to spend a bit of time for us. Thank you, Kim!! We were seated in the bar area since I asked to be seated away from most of the customers. We tend to get a little animated in our conversations and I did not want to bother the other guests. It turned out to be perfect. Thank you to Kim and Mark for a lovely evening in which the four of us Besties rarely get together but a few times per year."

"We were celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday. The table was too small for the six of us; I was constantly having to rearrange dirty plates to make room for us. Server was very polite but inattentive. We had to ask for water multiple times, when he could have brought us a carafe (if they have them). I had to ask for clean utensils. Restaurant tables were packed together and restaurant was loud. We have had better experiences here."

"Dined at Rosario’s for Easter Sunday with my family. They don’t let you sit until the entire party is there, which is pretty common we had a party of 13. We got sat immediately once everyone showed up. Server was pleasant, took a while for drinks but bread came out fast and fresh. She answered all questions we had and made recommendations. Menus were dirty and my goddaughter received a coloring paper that was already drawn on. My husband ordered the cream of crab which had to go back because it was cold. I ordered the lentil bean soup which was surprisingly pretty tasty! Our entrees came I enjoyed my meal, the “Sofia Chicken”. My husband ordered the broiled shrimp and received fried, and had to inconveniently wait for a new dish…again. A few people did not like their food, some comments include shrimp was overcooked, salmon was nasty, mussels were salty. At the end of the meal, I called over the manager to explain my disdain for my husbands items and I asked if he could do anything for us. He stated “let me see what I can do”. He’s grabbing dishes off the tables and then addresses my husband and states he should let the manager know at the time of the meal being wrong, not when everything is over. I felt that was totally unnecessary to say because the point is still that we had multiple inconveniences. He never came back to me after he told me “he was going to see what he could do” , and so I had to go to where he was. I expressed how I did not like how this situation was being handled and to sum it up, he used language from what my husband said and the fact that server brought us a piece of red velvet cake (which we did not ask for and we both don’t like) against me and said that doesn’t warrant a discount. So I walked away because again, didn’t like the way he was handling this. Unfortunately, My husband saw me irritated and went to talk to the manager. He had to go back over the situation and then the manager gave discount. Long story short WONT BE BACK"

"We were staying down the street and wanted to walk to dinner. Saw this place on the way to the hotel and the hotel recommended it. I'm glad they did. Dinner was excellent. I love pesto, but not the creamy one. Pesto was on the menu and they said they made it both ways. I chose the traditional pesto, no cream. It was excellent. The other diner had a veal dish which he said was excellent. The salad wasn't drowning in dressing, it was nice and light. We said if we lived in the area we'd be eating here on a regular basis."

"I wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to our waitress Jenn and manager Brittany. They helped make my moms birthday and 5 year cancer free anniversary extra special by bringing out a nice dessert, some extra magic, and both shared their loved ones cancer stories. It was such a sweet, sentimental and beautiful gesture on both their parts! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such kindness out of restaurant staff before, it really warmed all of our hearts and was the cherry on top of my moms beautiful week visiting us in California all the way from Montreal! "Was with some friends at the nearby motel and we needed a restaurant open in the later hours, and Charlie's was very ideal, being just across the street, so we paid a visit. Excellent atmosphere with that somewhat darker interior that befit the place, but very warm and welcoming in the staff and the service providers. I selected the cheese tortellini with pesto cream. It was a most appetising fare, and the bread sticks were hot and fresh, perfect for the leftover sauce on my plate. Many thanks to the chefs and other staff for a pleasant dining experience. "I absolutely loved this restaurant! The service was fantastic from the moment I called to make a reservation. As out-of-town guests, we were even treated to a free bruschetta appetizer. The atmosphere was inviting and our meals were all delicious - the veal marsala, veal parmesan lasagna, and the salmon. My son has a severe tree nut allergy, and we were reassured when the chef informed us that his meal was prepared in a nut-free environment with nut-free ingredients. As a cannoli fan, I was pleasantly surprised when they served a nut-free version of this traditional Italian dessert. Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience - myself, my husband, and our children all thoroughly enjoyed it!"

"Authentic Italian cooking and presentation. Portions are very large. Food is flavorful, excellent blend of herbs and spices, not too salty or over spiced. Cooked perfectly, not over or under done. "We called ahead for call ahead seating approximately 5:45 didn't get there till 615 they said it'd be an hour at 5:45 we stood are another 30 to 45 minutes waiting to be seated once we sit down there was five of us in a baby it took him forever to get us a salad out for breadsticks they finally got that out made her order took another 20 minutes probably to get our food our waitress never come back to give us refills on our drinks we ran out of salad run out of breadsticks I was eating the all-you-can-eat soup my first Bowl was half build when she said it down I finish it it took her another 20-30 minutes to bring me another one we saw the waitress a total of three times while we were there that's it and then our bill was $100 drinks $3.50 a piece for iced tea really Olive Garden probably won't be back for a while"

"Had a 5:15 reservation. Was not seated until after 5:30. My 97 yr. old mother had to stand with her walker until being seated. My mother had a allergy towards garlic which was told to the chef. He said he would work it out to her liking. At 6:30 we asked the waitress what was going on with the food at which time the manager came out and said they were holding the food ready until the special order was finished. He then asked us if we wanted the ready food then and not wait until the special order was ready which we said we did. We got our order but my mother did not get her order until 10-15 min. later. H e tried to make it right by not charging for my mothers plate, however, this was very unacceptable. I have been going to your restaurant for years and this was by far my worse experience."
