"As check in We arrive 15 minutes early our reservation 9:30pm the host clearly said "we ate getting your table ready almost ready will seat you in few minute.. we wait til 9:25pm saw another group came in get seat right away despite we waited past 10 minutes they stated that group has reservation at 8:45pm so that group got our table.. I came to ask the host the host didn 't know how to answer us becusee I asked why did you told us our table is being get ready now another group came 10 minute after us get seat the host came get the host manager attention she deliberately tell us mam you reservation is at 9:30pm we have till 9:30pm to seat you at that point I 'm completely upset I would be ok if they told us that from beginning I was going to walk away but our kids are hungry I put up with their pick and chose client.. after I confront the host they now just start getting our table ready.. we had been so many nice restaurants all the time we know how it work if that group has reservation at 8:45pm and show up at 9: 20pm or 9:25pm technically they forfeit their table..it is not nice of the host make our family wait despite we arrived early and the other host clearly told us our table is being getting ready.. we all paid the same amount of money and you can 't be discriminate becusee our group has children and might drink much but we still spent over $2000 plus tip .. our experience was ruined but I know not the server fault and it is new year so we let it go still tip them but I won 't come back if we are back in Aspen visit. There were 3 girls hostess don 't know the name for new year eve event. Terrible altitude.. Won 't be back"

"I've eaten here and got take out from here a bunch and the food is always delicious and abundant (2-3 meals worth). Service for dine in is always terrific and I suggest you hear the specials before ordering. The only area where they do not shine as brightly is the bar unfortunately. I don't recommend mixed drinks here but otherwise this is a fantastic spot, with convenient parking and excellent service. Take away is packaged exceptionally and I've never had a cold or spilled container and we order frequently. Parking: Inside a strip mall with a large free parking lot"

"We made a special trip to Ann Arbor for our meal at Pizza House. It was not our first visit there however, it has been quite some time since our last meal there. We thoroughly enjoyed a deep dish and a Sicilian pizza. The young man that waited on us was very attentive, polite and provided exceptional service. We have no issues with the environment nor the food, since it was awesome!! We would definitely recommend Pizza House to all who are interested in great food, service and environment!!! We will be visiting there again SOON"

"I remember their salads being served in large family-style bowls, filled with onions and a delicious dressing, but that wasn't the case anymore. The salads now came in individual bowls, looking like pre-packaged garden salads that had been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. The type of lettuce used was different, and even the dressing seemed off. I was so disappointed that I pushed it aside and opted for the minestrone soup instead. The minestrone was quite good, though it could have used more noodles. My family ordered a variety of dishes—there were five of us in total: pizza, eggplant Parmesan, chicken Vesuvio, fettuccine Alfredo, and bowtie pasta in creamy vodka sauce. My husband, who also grew up in the area and always orders the chicken Vesuvio, said it tasted completely different this time and was over-salted. He found the chicken dry and didn’t enjoy it. Thankfully, my bowtie pasta still tasted familiar. However, I found myself downing water because the food was unusually salty—I couldn’t remember it being that way before. The prices have certainly increased, which we’ve all become accustomed to post-Covid, but for five people, our bill came to around $177 plus tip. Only two of us ordered alcohol; my mother-in-law and I each had a glass of rosé priced at $10 each. To our surprise, it arrived in a glass that was barely filled to a quarter. I was not pleased with that. We were also shocked by how empty the restaurant was for a Saturday night at 7 PM—it was nearly deserted. Such a stark contrast to what I remembered."

"This is our 'go to ' place to relax and enjoy a great dinner. The wine list is modest but John always sources some great ones. We love the patio for it 's cozy feel even on a hot day it was our favorite table! Nice Father 's Day evening for a great husband and Dad. Service was good even with us bring the lone table on the patio and inside quite busy."

"a personal favorite restaurant for my engaged and me. each time we have gone, we get excellent service and eat. accommodations for vegetarian and vegan options. sure, not everything on the menu will be loved by everyone. there were only a few things I tried so far that I didn't care, especially from personal taste. our favorites are the artichoke diving, the auberginenparmesan, lasagna (and most of the pastas) and the dessert waffel. in serious, the waffel dessert is a 20 out of 10. the best desserts all time. (big fluffy warm waffel, 2 scoops vanilla and chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, whip cream and strawberries.) shout to the new restaurant manager, so inviting to offer a great service when they board. and to the new waiter angelo to provide a great service."

"My first time eating here was 2022, though they have been around for a while. Definitely a staple. Was I living under a rock? Pricey for pizza (compared to Papa John's, etc), but the taste is definitely worth it. Anyway, I ordered 2 chicken salads with Creamy Italian dressing (which is Really tasty, by the way). After my 2nd delivery (and 1 pick up) of incorrect dressing, I know better to go and pick up my food. Food was received (and bag tied up). I gladly untied it and double checked the contents. Call me picky, but the dressing is what makes the salad, so I would hate NOT to get what I ordered. [Same applies when you order and get the wrong pizza . Don't judge me! Behold, a container full of Balsamic Vinaigrette! What?!?? I don't want to single anyone out because they do work hard late at night, especially being the only pizza shop open in Coral Springs after midnight (2 AM on weekends). However, I see some familiar faces and hear familiar voices when receiving my incorrect order. I'm just saying.. Keep up the great work guys! You'll earn my last star if I can confidently order delivery and get what I paid for."

"We arrived with a reservation and were seated right away with a smile, despite a busy lobby on a Friday night. Our server, Stephanie, was outstanding. She checked on us multiple times, brought our drinks promptly, packaged our leftovers as soon as we finished, and promptly provided us with the dessert menu. Many places tend to ease off once you receive your meal, but she maintained good service throughout. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, Salmon Oscar, and Chicken Parmesan. For dessert, we had the Gigi's butter cake, which was amazing. Highly recommended."

"I recently visited Lost Dog with a friend and her daughter for a quick meal and instantly fell in love with the cozy atmosphere. The service provided by TJ was exceptional, and he even brought coloring supplies for the little one. I was impressed by the restaurant's dedication to giving back to teachers, healthcare workers, and animal shelters. The menu offers a wide selection of pizzas, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. I enjoyed a custom pizza, waffle fries, and baked onion rings, all of which were delicious. Overall, Lost Dog is a great spot to hang out with friends and family. They even have a merch booth available! I would rate my experience a 4.8 out of 5."

"This restaurant deserves 5 stars all around! The food was delicious and incredibly authentic. My husband ordered the lasagna and it was absolutely incredible. I chose the chicken Milanese and substituted the spaghetti marinara for fettuccini Alfredo. The chicken was pounded thin and perfectly crispy. The fresh fettuccini pasta and light Alfredo sauce complemented it perfectly. The service was outstanding, with attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff.
