"We made a special trip to Ann Arbor for our meal at Pizza House. It was not our first visit there however, it has been quite some time since our last meal there. We thoroughly enjoyed a deep dish and a Sicilian pizza. The young man that waited on us was very attentive, polite and provided exceptional service. We have no issues with the environment nor the food, since it was awesome!! We would definitely recommend Pizza House to all who are interested in great food, service and environment!!! We will be visiting there again SOON"

I really enjoy Pizza House, but I find it deceptive that they add a service charge of almost 5%. Shouldn't the cost of the food cover service as well? It would be better if they were transparent about their prices and just increased them accordingly. View menu

We went for Mother’s Day and the waiter was amazing, celebrated my mom and engaged in conversation the perfect amount. Checked on us, but not too much, and was great. The music was a little loud for conversation but we were also in a booth with the speaker right there. Covid safety precautions were very high almost overkill but we definitely felt safe and enjoyed our meal

Hair in food, short staffed, way overpriced, part of food order never brought out and had to be redone. Then got chased out as they wanted our table since they were overbooked. Would have been done earlier had they gotten our order out. Also were taking our water glasses away while we were still eating because they didn’t have enough glasses in the restaurant. Have never experienced anything like it.
