"Zero Stars. DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OTHER LOCATION. I was here last night 2/5/2022 with a group of friends. My boyfriend and I got there first so we decided to head in and get a table. Mind you, we 've never been here before. So we walk up, no line and security checks and scans our IDs and then we are fully patted down and my purse was checked. My boyfriend was wearing a beanie and they told him he had to take it off. Ok a bit much for a bar but I get it. We walk in it 's super loud, the host isn 't wearing a mask, and she says it 's $10 for guys and free for girls if we follow them on Instagram. So obviously I follow them. But when we try to pay they say it 's cash only. Luckily I had a $20 on me so we were allowed in. Upon entry I see a sign that says seat yourself . So we go to find a table that can accommodate ourselves plus the 6 that will be joining us. We 're sitting for about 10 minutes and no one comes to see us, so my boyfriend goes to the bar while I stay at the table. Two drinks were $28, they were decent sized, but still a bit pricey considering the $10 to get in. This is where **** goes south: My friend didn 't have her ID on her but had a paper document equivalent, security said it would be $60 TO ENTER. PLUS ENTRY FREE. They didn 't mention following Instagram to her so she had to pay $70 JUST TO GET IN. I wish she told me but we all made it inside and sat down noticeably upset. We got another round of drinks and then Secirty came over and told us we had to move to a booth because the table we were at was reserved?? But when we walked in it said seat yourself and there wasn 't a reserved sign on the table?? We moved anyway, but the booth didn 't accommodate all of us, so 2 of us had to stand! And we were right where people are passing by so we had to constantly move out of the way. We were trying to humor the situation at that point, so we decided to stay an hour and then leave. The only good thing was the music, but it was so loud that we couldn 't have a conversation. My voice is shot from screaming trying to talk. Moral of story: THIS. PLACE. SUCKS. I don 't know how they can be in Town Square and treat people that way. It seems like a bunch of con artists to me especially after reading other negative reviews where prices are different and people continue to feel disrespected. I don 't really write reviews but I was very compelled this time, and hopefully it will stop other people from getting ripped off and irritated. McFaddens can consider themselves formally BLOCKED."

"The service was outstanding; we were warmly welcomed and offered coat check. Our waiter was very friendly, and since it was a slower night, our food arrived quickly—within ten minutes of placing our order. Now, let’s talk about the food. It was all fantastic! We started with three appetizers: the French onion soup, which is one of their signature dishes (or so I hear), foie gras, and frog legs (which I was initially hesitant about). We thoroughly enjoyed all of them, and we weren’t too full to savor our main courses: duck and lamb shanks. My fiancé declared his duck the best he had ever tasted, and I completely agreed about my lamb, which was both tender and full of flavor. For drinks, he chose a Duvel, a strong Belgian beer, while I had a sparkling rosé (nothing extraordinary, but reasonably priced) and Kiki's martini, which was flavored with white grape juice, giving it a sweet, almost iridescent quality that made it easy to drink. I typically don’t indulge in martinis, so I appreciated this unique flavor, although a more seasoned martini drinker might feel differently. To finish off our meal, we shared the crème brûlée, which was delicious—rich and crunchy, complete with a candle for the birthday celebration. There was some chocolate at the bottom that I didn’t care for (as I’m not a fan of chocolate), but my fiancé enjoyed it immensely. I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope I’ve encouraged others to check out Kiki's if they haven’t already. I believe they will have just as amazing, relaxed, classy, and delicious an experience as we did."
