"I attended a birthday party at this restaurant at 6:30 PM, and it took over four hours for everything to be served. I can't say if the kitchen was overwhelmed by the number of hotel guests, but the server was very pleasant. However, I had to keep asking if our table was cleared or when our food would be ready. The birthday dessert was also delayed. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked, and the gnocchi was dry and overly salty. On a positive note, the management listened to our experience and generously credited our meal, which I truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and found it easy to access the restaurant. Thank you!"
