Lantana Hyatt Regency Indian Well Resort And

We had a nice quiet dinner at Lantana. Dishes were very unique and staff was great.

This was the worst holiday brunch we've ever experienced. We were very disappointed. The only thing that felt luxurious about it was the price. I would not recommend this place.

Great restaurant. I was very pleased. Simple, healthier menu. Great atmosphere and view sitting outside. Wonderful salads, great preparation on the Sea Bass and Salmon. The bacon wrapped dates were so good. Friendly staff and servers.

We were seated near the entrance, which made it quite chilly due to the cold air coming in every time the door opened. Additionally, it was quite loud, making it difficult to hear each other as the band at the lobby bar played at a high volume.

We have eaten here 3 times and tried 3 different deserts. One was OK but the rest was not good. The chicken soup is very good and so is the sea bass for a fish entree and the pasta with lobster and shrimp. The lobster part consist of an insignificant amount of small pieces. View menu

Had a very nice birthday meal at Lantana. The food and service were very good. I will return. I’m vegan and was looking forward to the vegan gnocchi and was disappointed that was removed from menu. However, I was served some mushroom and spinach ravioli without cheese. I enjoyed it and had a butter lettuce salad that I enjoyed.

I attended a birthday party at this restaurant at 6:30 PM, and it took over four hours for everything to be served. I can't say if the kitchen was overwhelmed by the number of hotel guests, but the server was very pleasant. However, I had to keep asking if our table was cleared or when our food would be ready. The birthday dessert was also delayed. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked, and the gnocchi was dry and overly salty. On a positive note, the management listened to our experience and generously credited our meal, which I truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and found it easy to access the restaurant. Thank you!

While we would recommend FULLY the spa and hotel, I am assuming this review is only associated with LANTANA. While the ambiance was good the food was nothing special and somewhat over priced for the quality. We were anticipating much finer dining as well as more complex flavors in the food based on the description on the menu. Service was sub-par, the waiter seemed pre-occupied and nervous the entire time. We were also only offered a water refill once, towards the end of the meal despite having an empty glass.
