"To summarize my experience: when I first called with a few questions, they didn’t know the size of the party pizza. I had to ask multiple times, specifically requesting the size in inches, before someone was finally able to answer me. When I called back to place my order for the next day, the man on the phone started recounting an order that someone else must have placed, and I clarified that I wanted to make a new order. He confirmed the time (2:00/2:30), and I thought everything was sorted. However, at 2:15 the same day, I received a call from a delivery driver who was unsure if he was at the right location. I informed him that the order was for the following day. To his credit, he was polite and simply asked for the correct address to facilitate his delivery. After that call, I reached out just to confirm that my order was still scheduled for the next day, and a woman answered without asking for my name. She abruptly responded, “Yes, it is, bye,” before hanging up on me. This series of poor interactions left me feeling uneasy, and my instincts told me to cancel the order. When I called to do so, the man I spoke to asked, “Why?” and then actually laughed. It was incredibly unprofessional! I knew I had made the right choice, especially when he mentioned, “We’ve already made your order,” meaning I was definitely not going to receive fresh food the next day. This was especially disappointing since, as I mentioned, the previous owner was fantastic. We will not be returning to Bella Luna."

"The extensive menu for KOREAN BBQ includes a Special BBQ Menu divided into four portions, ranging from $45.95 (serving three people) to $99.95 (serving six people). For those looking to order from the main menu, options like BBQ prepared by the kitchen, stews, bibimbap, noodles, and grilled items are available, with prices ranging from $9.95 to $32.95. While we waited for our main entrees, Ms. Young and her assistant brought out the Korean side dishes and rice. Each of us received a bowl of rice for our personal use. I ordered the Galbi, which consists of three pieces of marinated and cooked beef short ribs, as well as an order of Spicy Grilled Squid with vegetables. I really enjoyed the Galbi and would rate it at 4 stars, while the Spicy Grilled Squid would get around 3.25 to 3.5 stars. The Galbi was flavorful, but I was a bit disappointed with the Spicy Grilled Squid, as it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped despite requesting extra spice. One of my friends ordered Bibimbap, another chose BBQ Chicken marinated in special sauce, while those at the BBQ table ordered a variety of dishes including Galbi (Beef Short Ribs), BBQ Pork Bulgogi (Beef), Cubed Rib, Green Bean Pancake, Pork Neck Bone Soup, and Monkfish with Bean Sprouts. If you need refills of rice or side dishes, there's a bell on the table to summon the attentive waitstaff. They are prompt and friendly, making sure your dining experience is enjoyable. By the end of the meal, I was stuffed! I took home leftovers of the Galbi and Grilled Squid for my husband. My friends were pleased with their selections as well. Overall, I really liked this place and wouldn't hesitate to return to Sae Jong Kwan for another meal! As we finished dinner, more patrons arrived for their late-night feasts."
