"Not a big deal, so my dad called the restaurant to let them know (I was listening in on this call as well). However, the employee was extremely rude and asked if he wanted to place another order, and then my dad got hung up on twice. I decided to call myself and also experienced the same issue—getting hung up on twice while trying to explain what happened. When my dad tried to call back, they wouldn’t answer.
I really don’t like this place because the staff has consistently been very rude every time I’ve visited. Once, I was told to seat myself, only to be told to move because the table I chose wasn’t available. I’m not an employee, so how was I supposed to know? Although I don’t eat here, my parents have gone often and likely won’t be returning after this incident.
1. The management needs to check in on their staff because the customer service is terrible.
2. There are much better ways to handle a situation when a customer calls to report an incorrect order than hanging up on them.
I did ask to speak with a manager, but the woman just hung up on me as well."
