"The positives: The Grandma pizza is thin, crispy, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Parmesan pan pizza is rich and satisfying, with perfectly breaded chicken and a great balance of ingredients. The negatives: The BBQ chicken pizza is a soggy disaster. The chicken is not breaded, and instead of being drizzled on top, the BBQ sauce gets mixed into the cheese, making it watery. I wonder if the excessive amount of onions might be contributing to the sogginess. I’m so let down that I can't see myself ordering from there again anytime soon. Service: Delivery."

"Today I placed an order which totaled $49.Part of my order was for a “medium rare” cheeseburger. I must have said “medium rare” cheese burger 4 times; maybe more. The guy who taken my phone order also repeated it. I also said 3 or 4 times about directions to my apartment because there’s 3 elevators in my building. You take the wrong elevator you end up somewhere else in the building. The guy had no interest in listening to me nor writing it down. He repeatedly said the delivery guy will call me when he arrives at my apartment. The call lasted about 12 minutes. I’m very patient but it was aggravating having to repeat everything a few times.The guy assured me the delivery guy would call me. He didn’t.The burger was “medium well done” — I called back that phone call was another 10 minutes or more. I not only told whomever answered the phone about the burger but the guy who took my order talked to me! And then a woman spoke to me. Imagine!! The woman verified I DID order a “medium rare” burger but added that “the cook probably didn’t see that” — unbelievable!! What’s the point of asking for your burger a certain way? No apology from anyone. Very unprofessional; poor manners and rude. A “medium rare” burger was then delivered in its place. After spending almost a half hour on the phone I felt this place had no interest in their customers. I’ll never order from them again. PS — the burger was just okay."

"Absolutely terrible experience. As other reviews have pointed out, they added a tip without informing me and didn’t provide a receipt. This is completely unacceptable. The food and sandwiches were overpriced, and the bread was dry and stale. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and go to Andy's Deli just down the street instead."

"I love this place! The people, the service and the food. This is definitely a hot spot on Staten Island for bagels/sandwiches, etc. each time I come back to Staten Island and come here, there’s a line but well worth the wait. "Ordered over the phone a breakfast platter. Platter listed everything it came with and a price. When I went to pick it up the girl behind the counter said we don’t have platters and charged me ala cart. Funny when I got in my truck it had the ticket that said platter #3. I was upset but asked for the owner. They said he would be in later and I could call back. Called back three times with no response from the owner. Ultimately charged $16 and change for a breakfast platter total rip off."

"It has been a running joke with Transit that the food here is good but they will mess your order up. We moved to 149 Pierrepont and still wanted to use this deli. This morning they messed the order up and claim they would reimburse me. They didn't. They kept hanging up on me and then refused to pick up the phone. I used to go to them ALL the time, but was are going to switch to Bella Pizza!!! If they make a mistake they correct it right away!!! The food is good and the service is great.
