"it's such a joy to write this review. we had a terrible experience at another place and decided to compost this and order it here. it was our second order with them and if possible, better than the first. this is one of our favs now! Why? it is not just how beautiful the broth is seasoned, glittering with fat and gelatine. it is not the beauty of the ingredients, especially the perfectly paper-thin slices of rare bark for my phö. It is not the fresh of green or how everything is so hot and fresh that it feels like it just came out of the kitchen. No, it is so much more. there is a sinking of great attention to every detail, from how carefully cut and prepared everything is and to the smallest detail, how carefully packed it is, to the carefully folded carry bag. but even this is a small thing in comparison to something that is the luchpin of all major restaurants. the feeling of generousness. The boxes are often smaller for delivery, but not these! the boxes are packed to overflow (but not quite!,) expensive things like meat, something that is treated with increasing frigity, than the inflation cuts in profit margins, are abundant beyond any expectation. overall, they manage to convey a sense that they really appreciate it as a customer, welcome them and want to come back. an amazing offer for a delivery meal! we are happy to have it too!"
