"Service is very good, staff is friendly. Sandwiches are really good as well, but nearly every one is steamed. They don't offer any cold, deli subs (except the tuna salad). *Update* 5 Stars! Just had the meatball sub (classic). This sub alone gets 5 stars! One of the best I've ever had, and definitely the best in the area! Also, you can request that your sub NOT be steamed, which I didn't know before."

"Today I have placed a group order over the phone because the app said the earliest pickup time was at 8 a.m., although I tried to make an instant order at 2 a.m. Felix picks up the phone and takes my group order of 4 subs and chips error-free. Felix, if you read this, 100/10 man!! Loved the way he took my order via the phone, regardless of my app problems, very nice and attentive. Patient and charming charisma. "We called to order two sandwiches at 8:25, but after answering the phone, they hung up on us. We tried calling back multiple times, but no one answered. Since we were less than ten minutes away, we decided to go in person. We arrived at 8:40, and both the door and website stated they close at 9 PM. However, when we got there, a staff member told us through the door that they were closed. We pointed out that it was still before 9 PM, and he simply replied, "Well, we closed early." I was quite frustrated."

"I was not greeted when I arrived, and that included the manager or owner. They also didn't wear masks, and I saw one of the workers sneeze near the food preparation area, where the bread and other items were located. I spoke to another employee to remind her to take off her old gloves and wash her hands, but she refused. The manager witnessed this situation and simply brushed it off when he asked her what was happening. Overall, the service was terrible, and I can’t spend my money where I don’t feel welcome or safe."

"I went to firehouse about 2 weeks ago, called in my order around 8:15. Showed up at 8:30-8:40 ish and as I?m trying to check out the girl at the register cuts me off my saying ?sorry we are just trying to wrap things up?. Sandwiches were poorly thrown together. Whatever I ignored it. BUT tonight I show up to a staff that is completely unprofessional when I?m trying to order and cutting me off to talk to each other, I get home to again the messiest sandwiches and the cherry on top of all this is finding a wrapper mid bite... I LOVE firehouse subs but unfortunately feel as though I cannot return to this location."

"We have visited firehouse subs about 5 times since it opened. We usually get our order to go, and we have always enjoyed our sandwiches. My wife stopped in to pick up some sandwiches and when she got home, she noticed one was not in the bag. I called, and Dan picked up the phone. I started to explained the situation, he knew the sandwich order, and before I finished Dan was asking if he could start another sandwich for us and deliver it. I was just hoping for them to mail us a coupon for a free sandwich, but Dan went above and beyond without needing me to request him to do so. I told him a delivery was not needed, but he said he would be happy to do it because he wanted to make it right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but when a place has good food AND goes above and beyond make it right, what more could you ask for? Not only did Dan deliver the sandwich quickly, but also gave me a coupon as well. We appreciate the food and the customer service!"
