"We called to order two sandwiches at 8:25, but after answering the phone, they hung up on us. We tried calling back multiple times, but no one answered. Since we were less than ten minutes away, we decided to go in person. We arrived at 8:40, and both the door and website stated they close at 9 PM. However, when we got there, a staff member told us through the door that they were closed. We pointed out that it was still before 9 PM, and he simply replied, "Well, we closed early." I was quite frustrated."

The roast beef was too dry and didn't have any gravy for the sandwich. It was nothing like a po' boy.

They closed earlier than advertised. I was hungry, hadn't eaten all day. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing to pick up a sub and they were closed. I understand people want to leave as soon as possible after closing but still.... At least advertise that you close at 8:45.....

No one else can compete with such a place. Subway has its pros and cons but Firehouse has its cons and cons because there is nothing bad about this place. Business is very clean, the customer service is stunning, people that work there put pride into their work, positive things here only. View menu

I walked in and noticed that everyone had their headphones on. I was asked if I needed help, and I let them know that I had called in my order. Now I’m just waiting, and there’s an argument going on about who will prepare my order. This experience is terrible. The manager is fantastic; it's just that the employees seem quite lazy.

Unbelievable. Called 5 times. First time they answer Ed and asked me to hold. 8 minutes later, I hung up. Called again and again. No answer. When I got there, the lady at the register was rude to the customers in front of me. Then she dropped the change that I gave her. Prior to bending down, half of her behind and underwear was exposed. After bending down….. we’ll you can imagine the view from there. Then waited 30 minutes after order was placed.
