"DO NOT use their online ordering link. I went to Wings Bar and Grill’s website, clicked THEIR online ordering link, and ordered and paid through EZ cater, get to the restaurant, and they made me pay again. I’m handling the second charge with my bank, but I’m literally out over $110 now. The server I talked to told me I could call Monday to speak with a manager, so I did, and just let him know that this link is on the restaurants page, and suggested removing the online ordering link so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he completely cut me off saying, “I don’t mean to interrupt you”, and he told me I need to just call the catering site. I said something along the lines of, “I did, I’m handling it with my bank, I just wanted to let you know that the link is on your site so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I’m not asking you for a refund or anything.” Still, no apology, nothing. A simple, “I’m so sorry that happened, we’re trying to get it taken care of.” Would’ve sufficed. Instead, the manager took the defensive route."
