"At one point, another waitress brought our food but forgot the appetizer and the requested cutlery. She said she would check on the appetizer, but we never heard from her again, so we ended up getting our own silverware. Furthermore, we were still waiting on a side dish, which only arrived at the end of our meal after we asked for it twice.
I ordered the filet mignon medium rare, but what I received was rare. While I can eat it that way, it wasn’t what I ordered. Throughout our visit, we were never offered refills on our non-alcoholic drinks.
When the check arrived, it mistakenly included the appetizer that we never received, but the waitress corrected it. However, no one apologized for the issues we faced; honestly, a simple "I’m sorry" would have been the least they could do.
To make matters worse, they never came to sing "Happy Birthday" for my children or offer them desserts as they did for other tables. Overall, I am very disappointed with our experience, and we will not be coming back to this restaurant!"
