"We used to love Bare burger a lot. However, we had an unpleasant lunch here today. The food is way too salty. The waitress didn’t do anything about it. She only told us this was out of her control. I wish the restaurant can treat their customerbetter for the food quality. The bad meal ruined our day. What we ordered today are the 2 lunch specials: standard burger withfries, plus a box of nuggets. They are all very salty."

"I 'm truly surprised with the amount of great reviews this place has! First off the service is horrible! Our waiter never checked on us really. When we asked for a milkshake the just made a noise like eeeeekkkk uhhhhh then said the machine is broken. Unprofessional and should 've just told us instead of making noises. Then said they were out of wagyu. Like? There not many options on menu it 's a burger place so how are you out of wagyu? I 'm not sure how everyone around us who sat down after us got their food before us. The people next to us got there 15 minutes after us, finished their food, sat while they finished their drinks, and paid the bill all before we even got our food. Took 30 minutes for our waiter to come to us to pay the bill when he was in the back on his phone. Waiter also tried to take my fries away before asking if I was done with them (keep in mind we had over half a plate of fries left). When we finally paid the bill and left the waiter saw our empty cups of water and said oh man! I didn 't even know you guys needed more water haha . Not a good response as a waiter when you neglected us so much you didn 't even know we have been out of water. Food was mediocre. The fried pickles were so dry and flavorless it just tasted like eating batter. The toppings on the fries were so skimpy for the price! The burger was just okay and kind of dry"

"I was happy to discover that half of the menu at Bareburger is vegan, making it a great choice for dining with non-vegans. However, I was not a fan of how my burger was prepared and seasoned. I ordered the "Original", featuring their impossible burger with Violife cheese, pickles, ketchup, and lettuce. The bun was disappointing, so I opted not to eat it. While the burger could have been cooked more to my liking on the outside, it was still decent. Personally, I believe there are better places in New York that serve tastier vegan burgers."

"Lots of vegan options! They have the Impossible burger which is the vegan plant based burger that bleeds made with plant based heme. I had it at Momofuku in the past and they made the patty thin and kinda unsatisfying. At Bareburger, the Impossible burger patty is thick and hearty! It comes vegetarian (with cheese, brioche bun , but can easily be made vegan if you request for vegan cheese (yes that have vegan cheeseeee! and the sprout bun :D It is kinda pricey at $15 per burger the biggest downside. The other great vegan patties include the black bean burger, quinoa burger and sweet potato burger. Definitely an awesome place for vegans and vegetarians to eat with their omni friends! The sprout bun is amazing. I always say that the burger patty (meat or no meat can be amazing but if they serve it on some crappy bun, it ruins the burger! But I love the sprout bun here which has a great texture. Lots of sides recommend the sweet potato fries with the curry ketchup. That curry ketchup is really unique and delicious! They also have salads if you want a lighter meal. They even have vegan dessert (carrot cake option but I was too full! Service was average. Nothing to complain about. As for this location itself it 's alright. The counter I sat at was kinda botched the seat covering was split and taped with duct tape... kinda whack they didn 't even repair it properly. Definitely a small location compared to the one in Hells Kitchen which is much bigger. Overall, Bareburger is always on my list for a place to grab a great vegan burger when the craving hits, and also a nice casual place to eat with friends where I don 't have to be too concerned about whether I will have options."

"Oh gosh, THE FOOD and Drinks ARE AMAZING THE atmosphere is incredible, the place is always packed but, they have the BEST SERVICE EVER They have the best service! so amazing they bring chips and salsa at your table the minute you get set down, then immediately they take your drink orders Right after that, the server takes your order Your perfect food is served with in a few minutes~ no joke They can move tables and chairs together to accommodate 10 OR MORE people, I saw them do it two times One group was 12 to 13 and the other was 8 to 10... they were served just like it was a small group!! Awesome AWESOME PLACE I will be back ASAP "

"The food didn’t come super fast which translates to me, they cooked it fresh to order. My daughter I ordered shrimp fajitas some tacos a la carte. The shrimp was medium sized deveined!!! ?? we are non dairy so we skipped the cheese, sour cream, etc and opted for extra veggies in place of and they did not charge. The service was friendly warm per our server Albert. He made sure he was patient, when I was making up my mind, and he was knowledgeable informative when I had questions or concerns. The atmosphere was a vibe. The decor was very cute, can’t tell from the outside but once you get past that and step inside, it is very Mexican culture with the music to match the culture. Not trying to be American American but authentic Mexican. Thank you this was a great experience."

"Bareburger has a new menu that is now 50% vegan. There are sooo many options to choose from Beyond Burger, Impossible Burger, Beyond Brats, three different kinds of veggie patties (sweet potato, black bean, and quinoa), Just Egg, several vegan cheeses, vegan burger buns, and also several vegan desserts including carrot cake, chocolate cake, coconut ice cream sundaes and several vegan shakes. Bareburger has really made an effort with their new menu by changing to 50% vegan and proudly promoting it in their restaurants. Great options for everyone. Definitely try this place."

"I was disappointed. We ordered nachos with chicken hardly no beans and sprinkle cheese. Never offered and creamy cheese. Chicken was dry. Ordered a tamale ther pork was really tough. The taco sauce tasted like tomatoes sauce."
