"We have been going to Chili 's almost every week, but after today, we will not return. The restaurant charged a 3 table fee (not a tip) onto our bill, and when we talked to the manager about it, he said it came from the corporate office and that they were now charging anyone who ate there or ordered to go, a 3 fee. With the already inflated prices of their food, as a customer, we feel this restaurant is extremely greedy to add this charge, and taking advantage of their customers. There are plenty of other places we can eat at that will not try and steal from us, and so we will go to those places from here on out. I might add, that many customers will get mad at this fee and stop going, or stop tipping, or tip a lot less, which means that corporate cares more about making an extra buck than ensuring their waiters and waitresses are paid fairly. They know that this additional fee will cause a rippling affect onto their employees. This shows who is who behind this restaurant. Sad to see billionaires feel they need more to put in their pockets."

"My family and I are regulars at Chili's. We usually order takeout, so I will review both the dining in and takeout experiences. [TAKEOUT] We really appreciate the convenience of placing mobile orders, and most of the time our food arrives quickly and without any issues. However, there have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected (10-15 minutes past the scheduled time) for our orders. We have also received some hastily put together meals or food that wasn't fresh when we got it. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant! My biggest complaint would be the inconsistency in quality. It seems to depend on the time of day, the employees, or even the weather. Our experience can vary greatly. During our last visit, we were informed of a 20-minute wait time, which was not a problem. However, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes, seeing other customers who arrived after us (we watched them park while we waited) being served before us. We ordered the smokehouse combo and burger bites for our children. The food was tasty and fresh, although it was not hot when it reached our table. The corn on the cob was overcooked but when we requested a replacement, the manager himself brought us a new one. He was very friendly. Our waitress was also kind and attentive, her positive attitude added to our enjoyable experience. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. I give it 4 stars based on our regular visits, not just one-time experiences."

"One of my top three restaurants to visit in Marble Falls! If you’re looking for delicious chili, you won’t be disappointed here. Located next to River City Grill, both spots offer fantastic views of the lake from their outdoor terraces. The quality of the food and service at this restaurant was excellent. The manager even came to our table to check if we were satisfied with our experience, which I really appreciated. I tried the BBQ Brisket Burger, and it was outstanding! Both the flavor and presentation were spot on. I highly recommend the chili!"

"We've always loved Chili's so naturally it was my son's choice for his birthday dinner! Party of 13 and Bethany, Jimmy and Savannah did a great job keeping up with us.It was a super busy night but they checked on us often, Jimmy was extremely funny and kept us entertained, Bethany took our orders and they were all attentive to our needs! Food was brought out correctly and drinks were filled. We will definitely be back, especially to this location, as the staff is awesome! Thank you for making Gavin's birthday fun!"

"Food was excellent! Only item that wasn't great was the broccoli- asked for extra done, and it came out still crunchy. Very shortly after our server put in our order, the soups and appetizer came out. We were very impressed with the speed. "The service was excellent, and the food was good. However, you really need to keep an eye on the billing. They initially gave me a bill for the wrong table, and I ended up tipping twice. The first bill was $60, which I would have gladly paid and left. But believing in karma, I got the waitress's attention and mentioned that I didn't think the bill was correct. It turned out they had given me the wrong table’s bill, so I ended up paying a different bill, which meant I had to leave another tip. What started as a $60 bill ended up being over $200. So, be cautious with your billing. I was satisfied overall and didn’t mind paying the extra, but I could have left with just the $60. I'm glad I believe in karma!"

"I want to give everything credit where credit is due. Our server, Sammi, was excellent. As a previous server, I notice the characters she does well in her job. She took our full order at the beginning and managed to check the appetizers before the meal when it did not come immediately, she went to go to check it. Before we go, we asked for a togo box, they gave me a box, but also a container of salsa, container for the queen, and even a spoon to put it there. She expected my needs and did things without asking. Kudos to the host and kitchen to welcome us in 45 minutes before closing (as I know this is something restaurant worker and is often met with bad service and guilt feelings are eliminated. only complaint is that both the chips and onion leaves were punctual, but given the time, it is understandable. Very clean and well furnished. Best chili? I've been there before!"

"We waited around 15 minutes for our waitress to check on us. When she finally came by, she nonchalantly asked, "Is everything still good?" completely oblivious to how terrible the food was. We ended up taking home at least 75% of our meals for our dogs, which made the $120 bill feel a bit less wasteful. I really wish your team could take a cue from the staff at Bristol; they consistently provide a five-star experience, whether it's for a dinner party of eight or just a quick lunch for two. When I got home, I made myself a sandwich because the situation was just ridiculous."

"Terrible experience! Our server stopped coming to our table once he got sat more tables. He couldn't handle more than one table at a time. Thank goodness the other servers were so kind to continue to help us because we couldn't even get his attention. My salad came out without any toppings that was supposed to be on it and the chicken was ice cold. I had to get multiple servers attention to send it back. I told my server about it and he didn't even check on my order. I had to keep waving down different employees for help, which is unfair to them. The whole experience took twice as long as it should for lunch. I was supposed to get a kid's meal but he never came back so I couldn't even order it because I ran out of time. The manager did come by and help with the situation and he was very kind, but I think there are steps to take to prevent this from happening again!"

Although our meal was served promptly, it was merely warm, bordering on room temperature, rather than hot. Our server was friendly, but the trainee who brought out our side salad created a bit of chaos by spilling most of the croutons on the table and then hurried off without addressing the mess. Overall, it was an odd and unsatisfactory experience."

"Quesadilla was old and dried out. The chicken on the salad was cold. Ribs are tiny. The bartender only offered 1 beverage, then didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Bar was sticky and had crumbs from previous customers. We asked to have it wiped down, and she grabbed a paper towel from wash station and cleaning bottle and then wiped down the area in front of us. One spot was still sticky, so we moved seats. There were crumbs on the bar top around the corner from us, and she never bothered to clean that up. I've never seen a bartender dump hot water over liquor bottles to clean them. I don't think I'd ever order a drink there again. It was a strange experience. Bartender did not visit with customers at the bar or provide service beyond minimum services. I did enjoy getting to watch some of the Wild game during the long wait for food. The gal that brought the food out dumped ranch dressing all over the counter and my husband. We didn't get utensils until a few minutes after our food came. It was overall a very disappointing experience."

"Food was good and service was just ok. We were well taken care of but waitress seemed newer and took awhile at times to check back. We also got our food before another table whose occupants had arrived well before us. Their food was cold when they received it, the kitchen made them a fresh meal but still. We ordered Santa Fe chicken salad, very good. And the briaketburger that was pretty good just a little over cooked. Fries were decent. Signed up for rewards on the kiosk and got a free chips and salsa appetizer right away, which was yummy BTW."

As a former waitress I understand the atmosphere of working in a restaurant and how stressful it can get but I was definitely disappointed that the nachos I ordered were over cooked I only received TEN chips on my plate!! I didn't dare say anything to the bartender because he already seemed annoyed with the way he presented himself to customers and knew that the nachos weren't his fault, but he didn't even check in with me."

"I had lunch with a coworker and used a credit card that I only reserve for expenses. I hadn't used it in a few weeks, but after visiting this location, I ended up with several fraudulent charges on my card. I recommend paying with cash here. The food was subpar, even by Chili's standards, and the service was terrible. We suspect our waitress was under the influence."
"This made us uneasy, as we worried he could have done something inappropriate to our meal. We ended up flagging down our new server to request the manager so we could express our concerns. To our surprise, the manager brought over the very server we had just complained about, which made no sense and reignited our frustration. My husband asked why she did that, and this led to a bit of conflict, though not overly serious. The original server seemed dismissive, laughing and responding in a way that felt unprofessional. The manager, who seemed inexperienced and perhaps not suited for the role, asked us what we wanted her to do about the situation. She then decided to take our food back, claiming she didn’t believe her servers would do anything to compromise customers’ meals, without really understanding our concerns. I tried to explain that disgruntled employees might act out of revenge, but it didn’t seem to register with her. Overall, we leave feeling frustrated and uncomfortable, and we have decided we won’t be returning to this restaurant."

"Sat down later in the evening and the hostess greeted us and gave us silverware and asked about drinks. I ordered a bottle beer and received draft when our server brought it by. I asked for the bottle and received an eye roll and irritation. We ordered andwhen food was brought out we asked for napkins, a refill and a small plate. First 2 we received from another server. No platethe entire visit. Our server never came back to our table but visited the 2 next to us a few times. I don 't typically leavecomments or reviews. This was a disappointing experience. Food was decent. BBQ combo ribs were terrible. Fajitas were decent butthe sauce they use to make the sizzle on the way out caused a bad taste for the chicken."

"I go here almost every 2 weeks with my boyfriend when I come home to Apex from school. This specific location has the best service and is so special to me. They have the crispiest crunchiest flimsicle chips that perfectly crunch in your mouth, yet constantly lose the battle against guacamole in the best way possible.
