"reservations, stood in small hallway for minutes in packed restaurant waiting to be seated, tables were so close i felt as if we were on double date with person to the left and right of us, myself and my wife were so annoyed for the wait and table situation we were about to get up and leave. My wife talked me into stayingâ¦. I ordered the Au Poivre steak sauce (the only reason i come to this steak house) and it was water with food coloring! Basically looked like NY sewer water! Had no taste, my waiter warned me of the texture and recommended me not to get it⦠being my favorite thing in the whole world on a steak i asked for it anyways, upon sight and small taste i had waiter remove it from the table. My steak was perfect medium rare, wife ordered medium and got well-done and steak was just about inedible, we been eating here for just about every holiday and come often with friends, this past experience was enough for me to find a new place to spend dollars for a meal because this place obviously wasnât worth of what i paid yesterday. Char is around the block and in my opinion the better choice, Dannyâs steakhouse is going down hill."
