She?s was also truly amazing with our 5 year old granddaughter! As for recommending to friends family,.. The steak is so scrumptious, I had to just eat piecesof it without making a fajita! Ha! The chicken is also grilled perfectly and I had to indulge in that as well! Added some freshmade guacamole to some bites and that?s how I finished my meal! Of course The fresh house made tortillas are awesome aswell!! Tortilla choices are Flour Corn, yum!! There really is nothing like fresh made tortillas!!!! We ordered a Potato Tacofinally also, and it was very good! Perfectly cooked! Little sweet for me, but VERY tasty! I can definitely appreciate why ithad WON the AZ TACO FESTIVAL 3 YEARS IN A ROW!!!! Kids Meals are generously portioned and loved by the kids!! More pics postedas well! "READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW...The worst restaurant ever. When you are on a wait list the regular customers get put in front of you. A drink was spilled on my son's back and nothing was said. The staff ran into the back. Our tray of 4 plates with puffy tacos sat there while customers going by were pointing close to our food. This tray sat there for over 5 min. So I went to go look at it and it was our food. The waiter started yelling at me when I asked him to serve our food. The puffy tacos were supposed to have fajita meat. They had hamburger meat and they charged for the fajita meat. They were soggy from sitting there for who knows how long before I noticed. If you want a relaxing evening don't go here. It was so loud that we all had a headache by the time we left. This was one of the worst dining experiences my family has ever had in our life. Sad thing it was my mom's 86th Birthday and she wanted to go here. We will never be back. If you want a better dining experience go to La Hacienda on Redland Rd. Quality service and food at La Hacienda. Shared a pic of my puffy taco plate. The rice tasted like it came out of a box. I would give ZERO stars but to leave a review I had to give 1."

It's the same price as normal cocktails out there but 3x the size.Insane! One was actually enough for me ? got me tipsy haha????? ?????????? Even BETTER Pina Colada in a pineapple ?. I really want you to try this, fresh pineapple coconut rum . What's not to love? It was DELICIOUS Huge patio with lots of seating. "The first time I visited this restaurant, I knew I would come back just for the chance to sit by the window overlooking the ocean at a table that made it feel like we were dining above the water. The ocean view alone is worth the trip to Redondo Beach. This pier may not be as popular as Venice Beach or Santa Monica, but that's perfectly fine. There are plenty of dining options, easy access to the beach, and people fishing all day and night. El Torito is a well-liked Mexican restaurant. The food may not be exceptional, but it is tasty enough. Combined with the stunning view and great customer service, it makes for a lovely evening. My favorite dishes were the cheesecake, rice, and beans."

"I have put a call and the maitre d' was a very friendly and friendly, dark haired young man. the taco salad was good and the clientele was friendly in the bar. a beautiful festive atmosphere. I ordered a soft drink in the bar and I had to ask to get it in a glass I thought was surprising. it took a while to get the drink because they had the taste I wanted in the cellar or in a storage area and it had to be retrieved. the place was busy and for me this is a good indicator that it is a good place. I would definitely go back."

"We visited a few more times, but during our last visit, I discovered a hair on my nachos. My husband dislikes sending food back or making anyone uncomfortable, so we chose not to mention it and simply didn’t eat it. After that experience, we decided we wouldn't return again. Yesterday, we intended to go to a different restaurant nearby, but it was closed for Labor Day. Since we were hungry, we reluctantly decided to try this place again. We ordered queso, but my son immediately noticed a long hair in it. At that point, I was done and asked my husband to send it back. The staff apologized, but it’s just unacceptable. The employee was very kind, and I know it’s not her fault, but it makes me wonder if they don’t use hair nets. If this has happened to us twice, how many other customers have faced the same issue? Additionally, I felt that the quality of food had declined. The chips seemed thin, my nachos looked different, and the beef had an off smell. It’s disappointing because we love the other Natalita’s locations, but this one is just down the street from us. Despite our frustrations, we tipped the server well because she shouldn’t have to suffer due to the kitchen staff's mistakes. Please do better."

"My family and I tried this restaurant on a whim. To be honest, Tennessee and/or Kentucky are not really known for anything authentic outside of fried chicken or BBQ. I have been constantly disappointed in what is considered Mexican food out here and horrified that a lot of the demographic REQUIRE some nasty white goop that they even consider queso . ?? Needless to say, to find any good eateries without names like, El Cilantro, Uncle Julios, The Border Cantina, Cinco de Mayo , just to name a few, ????? adds insult to injury but I digress. We stopped at El Ranchero because our trip to Springfield was cut short due to everything being closed. We saw that in Springfield, there was a higher population of Latinos and being adjacent to the city White House, TN we were hopeful. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT (but this was also due to the constant reiterating of, No white queso on anything, please! IYKYK I ordered the combo of Chile Relleno with a Cheese Enchilada that comes with a side of refried beans rice. My fiancé ordered the Chile Colorado served with a side of beans rice and flour tortillas. My teenager ordered fried shrimp wrapped in bacon. He is very picky but he loves shrimp and bacon. ????? It also came with a side of quesadilla which was delicious! The cheese definitely reminded me of an authentic staple growing up. ? The sweet tea was good but my son didn 't get refills so I cant say if it is the best. They did serve fountain Coke which I prefer. Then my fiancé and I decided to try a Margarita. We tried an original, no frills, on the rock. It was served in the typical big glass with rim on salt. Flavorful good on alcohol (cant remember price). They were quick to seat upon entering. The staff was friendly with the greetings. Our server Marcos was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful on making sure that I would order a delicious meal. Overall, the service was prompt the bill came out to around $50 including 20% tip."

"This restaurant is fantastic for outdoor dining with a wide selection of drinks to complement their delicious Mexican cuisine. The house special drink, a unique tequila combination served in a bowl, is a must-try. I personally recommend the chimichanga, which was excellent. The outdoor seating area is spacious, and while I haven't tried the indoor seating, I hear it is also available. The service was quick, and the food arrived promptly. The salsa provided with the chips was delicious. The menu offers a variety of options, but some dishes are more enjoyable than others depending on the ingredients used."

"It was my first time eating here. Right away, I entered and stood in front of the register, which had 3 people working behind or to the side of it. No one offered to seat me; I can only imagine they thought I was with more people that hadn't come in yet. Once I was seated, no waitress came. A few minutes went by, and one apologized and took my drink order. No sooner than she walked away, a 2nd waitress comes and introduces herself and asks if she can take my drink order. The first waitress comes back with my drink but no chips and salsa and says they should be right out. When she comes back to take my food order, she sees theres still no chips and salsa and says she will go get some.. I hinted that I was interested in the red chile pork but also wanted to try the enchiladas, but I was told there was no option for this. I figured maybe I could get a side of it with an enchilada plate or something. So, I just ordered the Red Chile Pork. Finally, my chips and salsa come out. After about 15 minutes, my food arrived, and right away, I thought something was missing. I figured it out that the guacamole salad that the menu said was included was missing. I double-checked; I had photographed the menu. When the waitress came back, she asked if everything was good? I said, doesn't this come with a salad? She says no.. I say, are you sure, she says.. I don't think so.. I say.. I think it does.. I thought the menu said guacamole salad. She says.. Maybe it does. I'll go get it.. Halfway through my meal, the guacamole salad comes. I finish eating and decide to get a desert, sopapillas.. They arrive and are flat.. fried almost like flour tortillas with honey and powdered sugar. Waitress asks how they are? I say different; she comments that other people have said the same thing. Now.. The pork was a mix of very tender and medium tender meat; the guajillo sauce had good flavor but cooled down quickly.. The rice was just OK, and beans were nothing special. Fresh tortillas were good; the portion side was decent, not too large or small. The waitress did bring me to go boxes and a drink to go..Not sure what to say.. The food was a 3/5, service 3/5 only due to confusion everywhere. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great, and the constant confusion was somewhat frustrating."

"It was my brother's birthday and we celebrated with a group of 14 people, each with their own separate check. Surprisingly, the waiter didn't write anything down but got all of our orders correct. "My favorite neighborhood Mexican food joint in Vancouver. Their margaritas taste excellent. Their salsa has personality. I like the carnitas burrito better than the macho. I'm also fond of the Chile Colorado and steak fajitas. The largest selection of base spirits for a Mexican restaurant. A decent selection of mixers and liqueurs. Los Potrillos has a fabulous staff. They treat you really well. Especially if you sit at the bar. PRO Tip: Their Happy Hour is the best in Vancouver. A medium Cadillac margarita is only $9! "I have given this restaurant more chances than it deserves. Every time I order, whether dining in or getting takeout, my order gets messed up. At this point, I expect it to be wrong. But this time was the last straw. I ordered birria tacos with no onions and a side of rice to go. Instead, I received birria tacos with way too many onions and the side of rice. Since I was at work, I called and explained the mistake, requesting for it to be corrected. They asked me to bring the food back. I had my girlfriend pick up the food, drive there, get it replaced, and deliver it back to me. When I opened the bag again, I found that the birria tacos still had some onions, the consomé had onions, there were no more limes on the side, the bag of chips was old, and there appeared to be beard hair in the food on multiple spots on each taco. I posted a photo as an example before finding more. I am completely disgusted and will not be returning to this place."

"I’m extremely disappointed because I ordered food at 9.27pm and on grubHub and even DoorDash shoes the restaurant claims to take orders for delivery up until 9:40. I received a text that the order was being prepared and at 9:44 it was cancelled claiming it was too late to order. So what happened between 9:27 and 9:44? Pretty sure they never noticed it and canceled claiming it was ordered too late EDIT. THE EXACT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! This time I ordered at 9:15. GRUBGUB DRIVER ALMOST AT RESTAURANT CANCELLED AGAIN!!! I don’t know what the hell is wrong with these people but if you’re saying you’re going to such an order By a certain time you need to honor it! It’s a shame. I used to order a lot and they were late orders within the time frame, no problem They just lost a customer. ."

This time, we were served by Becca, who was incredibly attentive and polite. We absolutely adored her! We even requested to speak with her manager to commend her on her outstanding service. The manager recognized us from our previous visits, which was nice. With both of us having experience in the restaurant industry, we know quality service when we see it.
