"If it weren’t for Ricky saving the day, I think we would of had a lousy time here. We were sat at this table in between the bathrooms and the station where the servers talk to the chefs and run their food out to the tables. This is out of the restaurants hands I think, but we had left reservations on Open Table originally because that’s what we needed to do to go see one of our favorite singers, Eli Mac. But when we got there, there was nothing available outside! Had no idea you had to annoyingly request in the notes to be seated outside. We’d rather not have to do things like that because it feels like we’re being a menace to the restaurant. Anyways, moving forward. I don’t think we had a designated server because one person took got our drinks and took the orders for our food, but Ricky was the one that helped us from there on out. Nobody ever checked on us to see how we’re doing the entire time but since Ricky was at the station the most he just happened to be the one we asked for things like refills and sauces. Even though he probably had other priorities, he was kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Even at the end of our time we tried ordering 2 drinks to go since we were there originally to see a live concert out in front of the restaurant, the person who we ordered from never came back with the drinks so after 15 minutes of waiting, we asked Ricky if he could see if our beers were coming out soon and he instantly went to make sure our drinks were ordered and got us our beers within 1 minute. Thank Ricky for the outstanding service, we appreciate your effort to fix things while others seemed to forget we were there!"
